The shelves appeared well stocked, and the employees were friendly. One stood inside the grocery entrance disinfecting buggies for customers to shop. Probably the only drawback I observed: Few registers were open.

True, this is the only Walmart in the area,…read moreand this is the one place on town that consistently has a selection of certain types of food. However, this location never has enough checkers. The self checkout is great though, because there is enough space and systems to get people completed quickly. It's pretty hit or miss how the staff will be. They treat you like a criminal at the door leaving: they check your receipt. Depending on how you look, they go above and beyond and will even go through your bags versus just checking the large items. If you can't use self checkout, make sure you don't take the checker's word on your amount of bags. Twice now, I was told I didn't have another bag and found several items were left at the store (and calling doesn't do any good to recover the paid-for items). They seem to always be stocking. Even before the COVID crap. Sometimes it is quite a pain to get down the aisles. Generally though, the stockers are super friendly and will help you navigate around them. This location is what it is. I don't expect much from Walmart anyway, but this location has the bar set even lower.

I just needed one thing: a key made. The key maker was at the front, and I was able to ask a…read morecashier to make a key. She got right on it without asking me to take it out of the key cover. She was done with the key in literally 30 seconds. She was also super friendly and extremely polite. Once she was done, I was able to pay for it quickly and very done with the key errand. I checked out the restroom as well. Clean as can be! I think Ace will be the place (see what I did there?) in the area for hardware stuff. The staff seems extremely friendly and the store layout makes sense. Bonus points: tons of parking!
