So, my first time coming to this store, I ended up sitting around talking to the employees for…read morealmost an hour. As I couldn't do the reason for stopping in at that time (due to billing cycle), I let them know I'd be back soon. During that visit, I talked to a manager (I didn't catch his name but he had great hair), Manuel, and Niklas. They were all fantastic, even to a weird and eccentric person like myself. The second time I came in, I was ready for my upgrade. Niklas was there, which was great since I had already talked to him before. He was great at walking me through the process and what to expect on billing. He also let me know that cleaning my other phone off wouldn't be the daunting task I thought since it was a Samsung as well. It took some time (I take oodles of pics), but it was done with no big issues. I also took advantage of the Samsung 4 watch deal. Niklas made sure it was connected and good to go before I left. Also, I came in with a friend and her 6 year old daughter; the manager on shift made sure the TV was on a show that she liked so she would be entertained throughout the process. The store itself is new, clean, and well-organized. The display organization makes sense, and you can play with the phones or whatnot prior to purchasing. Oh, and the bathroom is clean! All in all, this was a pleasant visit and excellent employees to do business with. The store is much-needed in the Elk City wasteland, and conveniently located by coffee and food haha.
