If we can't park to walk in then I will not be giving my business to you. My sales tax will not be given to your community. Shame on you Walmart for, your whole business revolves around people just like my husband. I will go out of my way to not shop here no matter where I am across the country if at all it can be avoided. I hope one day a truck will not deliver a load just because of your sign " absolutely no trucks parking at any time" I know your already extremely low on drivers because your outsourcing your loads. I do not enjoy giving this poor review. I have been a walgreens customer for 13 years at locations…read morein 3 cities. I am about to stop giving Altus Walgreens my business because of what I understand to be pharmacist staffing issues. Currently and until further notice, the Altus Walgreens is only open 10-6 Monday through Friday. This has caused extremely long lines through the drive through. I was on hold 45minutes the other day. The final straw for me was it took an entire work day plus to organize my meds, which was only accomplished at 5 p.m. Friday, st which tome there were 10 cars in line. The store isnt open weekends so by Subday night i am unwell and as far as i can see, it is because of the pharmacy staffing shortage. I still face who lnows how long a wait in line tomorrow, costing me time off work. I dint have time to keep swinging by to check to see how long tge line is. Moreover i am a person who makes 4 trips to Walgreens per month, with thousands of dollars. Help me Walgreens and hear my message. Reach out to me and tell me not to quit. I am a loyal but frustrated customer who is about to leave and wants you to know why.

Here's why: first, the store is immaculate. Super clean and very well-organized. I've seen hospitals dirtier than this place! Perfect lighting, labels, just a very clean store. The three employees I talked to, even though they were delivering bad news, seemed generally interested and understanding about my frustration. They even offered some helpful advice, assuming I could find what I needed. I mean, they didn't get my business, but with the way they treated me I wouldn't be opposed to going there in the future. That's great customer service. One thing though: the parking is a bit irritating with the placement between 2 very narrow drive-thru areas. It's rather narrow, and of course I had 2 stupid big trucks park on either side of me. Of course.
