According to the instructions the units are suppose the be suspended by drywall and not attached to a 2x4 support beam. I doubt I will use this company again.

Then we asked if they could come out to our home 3 miles north of Quincy and she said she wasn't sure and apparently none of the other sales gals there knew so she took our phone number and promised to call us 2 days later on Monday to let us know. She never called us. Very poor customer service all the way around. The store itself is so disorganized that the gal didn't know what was there so I guess thats why she kept telling me to look at the computer screen. The disorganization looked like everything was just thrown around. There was no good flow through the store and it caused me a lot of anxiety just being in the store. We were about to drop thousands of dollars there since we are doing a whole house lighting reno and upgrading. I would not recommend this store to anyone and I would put my review on Google but businesses can tamper with those reviews. The whole experience inspired us to look at Home Depot and we found exactly what Tally Lighting had in stores and online that we liked for a fraction of the cost and now we will be able to spend our left over money we budgeted on another project so that I thank Tally Lighting for.
