I am furious with Mudricks for selling me seven year old appliances without my knowledge. A Mudricks "manager" was unwilling to do anything and said I knew I was getting a floor model. Yes, I knew I was getting a floor model, but never did I think that floor model was seven years old. The Maytag company will pay for parts for this dryer; however, the very expensive labor costs must be paid by me. Buyer beware of Mudricks shady practices.

Door shut most of the days. Gave them a large deposit my appliances were supposed to be delivered on Tues Feb 28th Waited all day, took my food out of my freezer, didn't leave for even a minute. They have no answering machine not one you can leave a message for them anyway, no answer on the phone, called all day, no way to reach them. Drove to their store in the evening after waiting all day like an idiot, left them a note asking what is going on? If they will not call me, talk to me and explain what happened, and deliver my appliances or give me my deposit back I will "Not let it go". I thought they were honest nice guys, now I am scared I was too trusting. Please be careful. If they call and explain and deliver my stuff I will update this info. So far, I feel like They lure you in with great prices, ask you for a deposit and don't deliver. Impossible to reach them any way. Store always closed. Very sad and upset.
