My father, brother and I were left waiting 35 mins on a dial in line and NO one came in to give us an update or status . And this guy is one of those stereotypical ambulance chasers who doesn't care about people who hire him. You're better off with a court appointed attorney who works for free. To whom it may concern…read more I recently had the misfortune of being arrested on two charges that got me sent to the Sandoval County Jail. The charges were: Assault and Battery and disorderly conduct. While waiting to appear before the Judge, I made a phone call To Dan Baca--my attorney. I explained my situation to Mr. Baca, and by the end of the day, Mr. Baca said, after reviewing my situation, he was confident he would get me released from jail by the end of the day. And true to his word, while freezing in the cold Sandoval correctional facility, the officer in charge of my unit called me to her station. She told me to "pack my bags." I was being released and that my lawyer was waiting for me outside the facility. To say I was overjoyed and relieved is an understatement. Had it not been for friends of mine telling me to call Mr. Baca I most probably would still be freezing in the Sandoval County Jail. At any rate, I am relating my recent experience to emphasize how important it is to have great legal representation if you are arrested or jailed. I have had my share of these types of experiences--being arrested and slammed into a jail cell-- is nothing new to me. And I can tell you, without hesitation, or exaggeration, if you are reading this message now, and know someone who has been arrested recently, is locked up in the Sandoval Detention Facility, and/or needs a good attorney, do not look any further than Dan Baca. He is worth his weight in gold! Best defense attorney I ever had. It took Mr. Baca less than 24 hours to get me released. Had I remained in the county jail, even just for a day, I most likely would have caught pneumonia. No exaggeration. The jail is freezing. Good luck to anyone getting arrested in Sandoval County. But luck don't count when you are sitting in a cold jail cell. What counts is having great legal representation. That is what you will get if you hire Dan Baca. He is the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure to be defended by.
