He's friendly, attentive, responsive, reasonable and doesn't hesitate to share his feedback, good & bad, or just for things I hadn't thought of. I was looking for someone with an experienced perspective, not just a yes-person, and that was my experience with him. On the selling side, some of my family had agents in the past who went unreasonably overboard with staging or bending over backwards for prospect buyers, and that was not my experience here, which I'm very grateful for. We dealt with a Prospect buyer/agent combo who were at times unreasonable, waited until the last minute to ask for things & where the agent didn't do a good job at managing their clients' expectations, and Jason handled a lot of those tougher interactions before I even had to, and was instrumental to getting us through close. She made sure that we were the first in on this home because she knew it wouldn't last. Plus her standing positive relationship with the builder helped us out immensely to get in on it before the house even hit the market! Additionally, she celebrated the victories throughout the process including when out offer was accepted on this house and when we accepted an offer on the house we we selling, even though we were working with another realtor in another city for that sale. Lastly, Carmen did everything she could to help take the stress off of us. I was 6 months pregnant during the time we found a house and were closing. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.
