But it moved quickly and as a few people left I noticed there was only one employee! But he was working all 3 registers to help get people in and out. He was smiling and friendly to every single person. I told him how awesome he was to be so upbeat on a very busy day. I was in there less than 3-4 minutes. It was amazing! She printed and put the label on the package and I left the UPS office. Since, the UPS tracking indicates that UPS didn't receive my package. I called several times the office manager and I never had support to find the package back. This is lost and I don't understand how it could happen. On the top of that, the person put a value of 100$ by default and now UPS doesn't want to give my money back. I really suspect that the package was stolen.
