OLD FASHION business courtesy. I was given a clean place to sit while waiting, asked several times if I was OK or needed anything. After the windshield was in, he vacuumed the driver's floor mat (sandy). All appreciated. Then I asked if he could recommend any product that would help get rid of the "fog" on my old headlights. He walked over to shelf, got a buffer and a product and buffed them for free. They look GREAT. And, when I left, he thanked me for my business. That's how it's done. Just picked the boat up today and totally satisfied with his work. His quote was the final price for the project. Jerry will get all of my work from now on, if I ever have anymore, lol. And reset appointment for next day. Came out and gave estimate and timeline for repairs. We said go ahead and they explained they had to order glass . Completely understandable. Called to get update because they still had not contacted us and it was two weeks later. They said it was a different person ordering and never ordered glass. Told them never mind we would find another source for repairs. Wouldn't recommend at all.
