If you need a inspection do NOT go here. The lady's in the office were so rude. As soon as I walked in nobody wanted to help or ask what I was there for. When a lady finally spoke to me she was very short and demanding. Absolutely the worst customer service I'd ever experienced, McDonald's customer service was better than all of these 3 ladies!! WOW! We broke down on our way back to Frisco, Tx from DeGray Lake. It is very scary to be pulled over on a ramp when every warning light in your car starts going off. Replace the power steer rack on my daughter's car myself. I do most of my mechanic work myself, just can't do alignments,so I sent my daughter to get the alignment. She stopped here and they told her she needed sway bar end link bushings and engine mounts before they would do the alignment. There is nothing wrong with the ones on the car. They are just scamming my daughter for more money! They also said it was pulling to the right very bad! Yes,it needs an alignment! If you don't mind paying for work not needed, this is the place to go! If you want honesty, I don't recommend them at all! read more

No one likes it when their car breaks down, getting towed, and then facing the repair bill -- traveling on I-30, that's just the situation I found myself in on July 2nd. I called my travel club for roadside assistance and they dispatched a wrecker from Billy Craig. Unbelievably, the wrecker was on scene in less than 20 minutes. Given the hot temps, I was particularly grateful for the quick response! As I drive a Swedish car, I was somewhat reluctant to have it towed to a garage I didn't know and I asked the driver to tow me to Dallas. He encouraged me to at least talk to Billy before going that far. When I did, Billy immediately made me feel comfortable that he could repair my car at a reasonable price -- so the driver towed me back to Billy Craig's shop in Mt. Pleasant. The shop itself is a busy one (a good sign) and Billy, himself, greeted me when we arrived. They immediately triaged the problem (broken axle) and gave me an estimate. Since it was a holiday weekend, we agreed that I would check in on Wednesday to see how the repair was going, as that would give them time to get the parts in. Low and behold, on Tuesday morning Billy called to let me know my car was repaired and ready to go. Super fast service! The price was easy to take and right on with what he promised. When I picked it up, car drove like a champ! I wish every auto repair shop was like Billy Craig -- quick, affordable, and honest. High praise for an auto repair and wrecker service. This place was so awesome. Our family already had a stressful weekend because we had to go out of town for a funeral. While heading home on IH 30 W, our vehicle overheated and it broke down 9 miles before getting to Mount Pleasant. Our roadside assistance contacted Billy Craig tow service, and they arrived within 20min. The driver was very polite and helpful with our family. My husband and I had our 4 young children in the vehicle. The driver from Billy's truly helped in making sure we made it to the city safely. Everything was closed on Sunday. So we checked in the hotel, and took our vehicle to Billy's the next morning. My husband called to see if they were opened at 6 something in the morning. When he arrived, they were outside and greeted him when he arrived. They even brought him back to our hotel while they worked on the car. The vehicle was repaired by 11. They came and picked my husband back up, and on the road again we were. Didn't have to pay for another day in the hotel, and now my family can get back for work and school. My husband said he wouldn't mind driving two hours back to get repairs in the future. They were just that helpful and nice people. Truly blessed they were the company to help us out.
