Rather that pulling trees and debris out by hand and creating a big mess their machine mulched everything up. What they did in an afternoon would have taken us years to do ourselves. I didn't have to worry about a burn pile or what to do with the cut down trees and bush they just mulched it into nothing. It was amazing to watch, anytime I had a question or concern they stopped the machine and took the time to talk to us. Their suggestions on what to clear were very helpful. At the end they suggested a trail through my forest area for me to walk my dogs. I'm so grateful for the experience they had to get that done. I was blown away that I now have an amazing trail right in my backyard. It's like a state park trail clean and cleared just for us. I've already booked them to come back in October. Thank you Brad for everything! Ray Rogers Simms, TX

Recently, I had a leak in the water heater and decided to reach out to Pittsburg RV, as they are much closer to my home. I had met Randy, the manager, and thought I would give them a try. I called Randy this week, explained the issue, and Carl Hughes promptly called me back to discuss the details. I dropped the RV off for repairs, and to my surprise, they called the very next morning to let me know it was ready for pickup. I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround! The team at Pittsburg RV was incredibly professional, listened to my concerns, and got the job done fast. They've definitely earned my business, and I highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn yours as well. Bryan Caldwell

OLD FASHION business courtesy. I was given a clean place to sit while waiting, asked several times if I was OK or needed anything. After the windshield was in, he vacuumed the driver's floor mat (sandy). All appreciated. Then I asked if he could recommend any product that would help get rid of the "fog" on my old headlights. He walked over to shelf, got a buffer and a product and buffed them for free. They look GREAT. And, when I left, he thanked me for my business. That's how it's done. Thanks so much for making my day.

We contacted Arron…read moreAuto Glass a few months later as it got worse to get it taken care of as my wife transports high end clients each day. We paid Arrons up front for glass and install. (Never again). The first glass was installed at my home but had a scuff mark on it, as long as the wiper blade, and it was located in front of the driver. As I left that morning for the day, I mentioned the scuff mark and the tech said they were cleaning the glass still. Employees did have glass cleaner in their hands as they sat on my hood! He brought to my attention about the guard needing replaced. I asked for a quote to replace it. Also, while my wife was talking with their employee they set their clipboard on the vehicle which is a scratch hazard. They left a few minutes later and the car was parked for a few days. When we went to take the blue tape off several days later there was still the scuff mark. The tech never called or said that it hadn't come out or what they would be doing to address the problem. They had just left the windshield and the problem and we were left to forget about it too I guess. We left on a weekend getaway and called first thing Monday about it. This is the first time they said anything to us about the scuff mark...when I called them. The tech asked that we bring it into the shop to try and get the scuff out. This was a bit inconvenient as I am working 4 jobs at the moment. We dropped it off at 3am and left for the day. They never offered a loaner or rental car. As you guessed, after they worked on the scuff mark again it didn't come out. Now a new windshield #3 all over again. Again I asked about the guard being replaced. Yes sir we will get you a quote. Another week passed and had to take the car again to the tech at their shop to have the new-new windshield put in. "It'll just take us a few hours. They will bring the car out to the house when it is complete."They called and said it was completed and we will head your way. My wife got in the car to take the worker back to the shop. Upon their return to the office, she saw all these black grease fingerprints on tan trim pieces of the headliner. There were also trim pieces where the rear view mirror and the windshield meet. When she showed the tech that it wasn't flush and wires were exposed. The tech touched it and it fell off into the floorboard. Terrible work. Now we have wires exposed and don't know if we got the right windshield?? Parts falling off. At 2:10pm they told us that they didn't have a tech to repair the car for the rest of the day. Now what?? We pick up clients like this? Don't take your car to Arrons Auto Glass!
