We came out on a warm, sunny Saturday and were fortunate they had a table available on the terrace. They are not currently doing menus, beyond a piece of paper with food information, but you are invited to go on their website to see drink menus and more information.
The gin & tonic was nice and the aperol spritz was refreshing on a warm day.
I also had the bitterballen because I love them. It came with mayonnaise and two slices of bread. The hot soup came out in a glass. It was hot to the touch but delicious once it cooled off a little.
The service was very friendly and helpful - a pleasant surprise. They checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed.
The terrace was right on the canal so we bobbed in the water a little bit and the umbrellas provided perfect shade...until the sun moved. read more
