These guys did high quality work on a last minute rush job and came in way BELOW estimate. Looking forward to working with them again!

while it's been a bit since Rescue Restoration literally rescued us, I'm finally getting around to…read moresinging their praises. we came home to our laundry room flooding. we quickly called RR (the one place our friends kept pointing us to for an emergency like this) and thankfully they were able to send someone within hours to help us figure out what happened. it was a relatively easy fix (washer was leaking due to old connections), but it still made a mess. Bob and his assistant got everything cleaned up, demo'ed the flooring and made sure things were set up for drying. in the next couple of days, we had steady communication with Robin to figure out next steps. we didn't end up involving insurance, but Robin was ready to get them included for us if need be. in the end, the value of our experience far exceeded the bill. the attention to detail, the expediency with which they were on site and the sheer volume of knowledge Bob, Robin & their team have in their little finger created an environment of calm and competency. if you find your home in need of being rescued, I could not encourage you more to reach out to Rescue Restoration!

I can't say enough good things about Rescue Restoration. Their name couldn't be any more true in…read moreour case. Rescue Restoration swooped in and saved the day for us after our basement flooded and the con-artists known as Servpro "completed" dry out and demolition. We told Servpro never to return, and invited Rescue Restoration in to finish the job. They found that Servpro actually completed neither the dry out OR demo properly, then proceeded to make everything right as rain in a very timely manner. All facets of the deal and work couldn't have been more professionally handled - their communication and work is absolutely first rate. The owners, Bob and Robin, are some of the nicest folks one could hope to work with, and Tom, the repairman, did a fantastic job on the re-construction. Their quote was very reasonable, and I know that Bob went out of his way to save us as much possible without sacrificing quality. My wife and I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for a restoration job in the future. I'll be eternally kicking myself for calling Servpro first (I did just because they are a huge name in that line of work). Make these guys your first call when disaster strikes and you'll be in very good hands.

I really don't know where to start. We were out of our home for 7 months due to smoke-no flames,…read moreno fire in walls etc. When we returned to our house our nightmare began. First I had 4 VERY expensive pieces of clothing completely ruined. I had a merino wool jacket washed and dried. It would not fit a 10 year. old now. When I complained I was actually told that they had an employee that did not look at labels-just threw everything in the washer and dryer. Until fall of 2023 we lived in AZ so this jacket was worn at the most 4 times. It was $338. FRSTeam is giving me about 1/2 that amount. The other 3 pieces ruined by same method-dry clean only was washed and dried. My Crate & Barrel dining table did not have a scratch on it and was returned with about a 4 inch long and 1/8 inch deep gouge. It hs been me and my husband for almost 30 years and we take care of our things. FRSTeam took it back to their "master" furniture repairman. When they brought it back it looked pretty good until the light hit it. You can see where the "master" sanded the table down in the area of the gouge and when he refinished it ,he painted the finish on so that 1/4 section of the table is shiny, shows brush scratches. My dresser likewise did not have a single scratch and was returned with an inch wide chip out of it. Daily I am finding more furniture problems. Today I found an antique art deco wardrobe a big chip out of the front of it. Bekins Moving moved all our furniture from AZ to Idaho without a single scratch. These are only a few of scratches and gouges we have seen. When talking to the CEO about compensation for my 4 pieces of clothing she said for me to tell what I needed in compensation. What I asked for was only about $400 higher than what they offered me but a couple of days later I got a check from them for the $1200 they had originally offered. I was also told by the owner that she has spent way too much time on this-Uh--that is her responsibility and job. She also told me that accidents happen-then I have had more than my share of "accidents" rather carelessness and disregard for people's belongings. We are retired and bought these things when we both were working. They are items we cannot afford to buy in retirement. They are also items that cannot be replaced. My 4 pieces of clothing are no longer available as is our dining table, antique wardrobe, and bedroom set. It is odd that Bekins was able to move all of these things over 1500 miles with no "accidents". The owners lack of concern and her apathy is appalling. When they were ready to return my 2 pieces of furniture after the "master" had "fixed" them, I got a call from a woman at their corporate office and was told that I had to agree to the compensation for my clothing before they would return my furniture. Yes, holding my furniture hostage over $400. All of that being said, the workers are very nice people. The management is the problem. Had I read reviews before this company was hired I would have told my insurance company to go with another company. If you have such a situation, go with Belfor in Spokane. They do restoration as well. They were our contractor and they are great. What a nightmare.

Yesterday while the woman they sent out to pack some things I saw her going through the bag with all our chargers and cables. I was going to ask about why she going through all of our cables, chargers, etc. Unfortunately something drew my attention away and when I looked again she had taken the bag. I want you to understand this was a very large bag. It was one of those plastic bags that Costco used to give out and it was more than half full of chargers, cables and all manner of wiring supplies. I assumed she had taken it out to the studio (the soon to be studio). When I went out there to find it I could not. It should have been near the entry way as it was the last thing to be taken out. And so I began going through all the boxes out there just to be sure she had not stuffed it into a box out of sight. Before these people (this woman) and some underlings came out to do whatever they were supposed to do in the way of moving things out of the way they were told that nothing was to leave the property. Everything was to be put into the studio. I should have been able to find anything I needed. We have no way to contact her as we do not know her name or address. We think that James Gilbert hired her but we are not sure. All I know for sure is that we need that stuff. Some of it we need now! My husband has sent him text messages twice to get some help with this and he has ignored both messages so far. This is not a petty complaint on my part. I was trying to to keep all of that stuff together so we would have it ready for use as soon as we started moving stuff from the garage out to the studio. Without that stuff I will not have my studio. It will easily cost us two or three hundred dollars to replace all of that stuff. Worse than the cost will be the time involved. I said in my earlier review that she had been cheating with the packing via putting one or two small items in a small box and then marking it as a full box she packed. I opened box after box and every one nearly empty. This is how she claims she has done more work than she has done and collect more pay for less work. I strongly dislike liars and thieves. She has proven to be both. I took pictures of the inside of all those boxes I opened but cannot post them here because my cables are missing. I can show them to her boss if I can ever reach him. She is a cheat as well as a thief. After two days of searching my husband found the bag stuffed in a box. It is not as full as it was when she took it. We still have a vacuum cleaner that we cannot find. The charging cord was in that plastic Costco bag and I do not see it in there. I will dump it out later to look for it. It would seem suspicious t o find the charging cord and the vacuum both missing. It is Dyson Cyclone V10 . I will go out tomorrow and try once again to locate it. I know that it could not be hidden in a box. If it is out there it should be standing against the wall. I have about 15 or 20 boxes emptied. I have been taking one box and putting all the single little items she has been putting in boxes and adding them to the one. They are not heavy or overly packed. Just reasonably full. Just the way she should have done them if in fact she was being honest.
