She always answered her phone, helped as much as she could and lowered my rates whenever possible. John Aleman however, does not feel a need to return his customers calls, help his customers with their rates or even acknowledge them. I called on Friday at 5:20 and the office was closed (even though on their website, building and even corporate State Farm that my call was forwarded to said they did not close until 6 pm). So the corporate agent on Friday tried to get a hold of Mr. Aleman's office and was unable to do so, so they left a message for Mr. Aleman to call me on Saturday. I never received a call. By the middle of the day on Monday I had still not received a call. I called the office and received the answering machine yet again. Mr. Aleman obviously doesn't care about his clients and is terrible with customer service. I love State Farm but would NEVER recommend this agent if you want anyone to answer the phone or help you.
