Today draws the line though, unfortunately. Again, Hi Debbie, as I'm sure your boss will walk in and discuss this review with you. After you hung up on me, I took the liberty of calling back and had the privilege of speaking with two other associates that verified The Arizona Group does not tell clients to "stop talking" or to "be quiet" in the middle of a sentence. 10 days ago I asked for VERY SPECIFIC information to be emailed to one of my clients regarding an audit. You verified all the information and told me it would be emailed ASAP. As time passed, I assumed you did your job accordingly. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My client informed me today that they did not receive anything they needed. So, I gave you a call today and as I was in the middle of explaining what I needed AGAIN you decided to not only talk over me but tell me to stop talking and to chuckle and laugh as my frustration over the phone began to rise (Did not yell or use profanity) Your lack of attention to detail, no sense of accountability and your entitlement to talk to clients as if they're a piece of trash underneath your shoe, baffles me. You are the prime reason and perfect example of commercial clients leaving their providers/insurance offices for others because of the lack of customer service you display. Your attitude towards me has been NOTED over the years. Also, you openly telling others on the phone, while I'm on HOLD, that you don't want to talk to me when I'm actively seeking HELP for my client, when they have a deadline to meet, tells me you should retire and find peace within yourself and a job where you'll be held accountable for your disrespectful manners. I shouldn't be telling somebody in their mid 70's to learn respect. Especially in a job where they're dealing with all sorts of people on a daily basis.

This Spring, I discovered a leak that was seeping into the wall behind the shower. The wall backs up to the garage. That's were I discovered the water damage. I first called my agent's office. The person I spoke to did not offer to help start a claim but gave me another number to call. She also gave me the names of restoration companies. One of them came out and took some pictures and sent them to state farm. Long story short, State Farm denied my claim, without a State Farm representative ever coming to my home. The basis for the denial is that it was a slow leak instead of a sudden pipe burst. I don't understand why it makes a difference if a leak is detected the day it starts or months down the line. A leak is a leak. But State Farm has an exclusion allowing them to deny the claim. I called my agent Linda Dyster for help. She was not available during business hours. I left a message. She did not call back. I called again the following day - still not available. She finally called back. She basically said there was nothing she could do. IMO, I don't thing she actually tried or actually has any authority to help a client. I used to believe that having an insurance agent was of value. That is the reason I stayed with State Farm amid all the bad reports I've heard and read concerning State Farm's refusal to pay claims, since they had a CEO change several years ago. Now I see that there is no real benefit to having an insurance agent. In my opinion, they are nothing more than sales reps. Back to State Farm as a whole. They were once considered to be one of the best insurance companies. That is no longer the case, from what I've heard and read. In fact, I had reps from two other restoration companies (not recommended by State Farm) assess the damage. Both cited that State Farm is generally problematic to work with, whereas USAA is quite good. That is where I am now. The fact that State Farm refused to ever send anyone to my house says a lot. In my opinion, if you are a State Farm customer, you should look elsewhere.

She got us all taken care of quickly and got us on the road again. State Farm was great to deal with compared to those other companies that don't have local agents. Thank you Cindi!
