There is one main doctor running the show and he has great chair side manner I guess you'd say? He does quality work. Haven't gotten a root canal from him YET but I'm sure it will be great. The practice wouldn't be the same without his wonderful staff. I think even my first time walking into the practice the receptionist knew my name. Which was a little weird but also reassured me everyone is really on top of the day to day operations. I'd honestly rather get a root canal over getting my teeth cleaned but It was actually the best cleaning experience I ever had. Stephanie was incredibly bubbly and nice and put me at ease. With high dental anxiety- that's not easy to do. One last thing I'll add I appreciated about Dr. Mosley is he didn't make me look at the close up pictures of my teeth. I always hated that part too. He did offer though! My husband has a lot of issues and a long road of fillings and root canals but we are excited to get started with Dr.Mosley. He even got an extraction at this place - which is never fun- but he was pleased with how it went. The next fillings he is getting are his front teeth and I'm so excited to see the confidence in his smile grow with each procedure. It's a newer practice and seems very reliable so I look forward to taking my young family here. My daughter is almost two and it's almost time for her first "happy time" visit I think they call it. 5 big well earned stars. See you guys soon!

My recent experince with BOS dental relative to sleep apnea device repair. I was advised my sleep…read moreapnea appliance was not in network for a simple repair but not at $300 plus for a half hour of work. Note my email to business manager by email . Do not recommend this Dentist. " Thank you for producing a comprehensive and detailed invoice for my review. It appears that the oral exam for the sleep apnea device at $ 58.32 was covered and the repair that was uncovered is $250.00. The total for the time spent of around half an hour is $308.32. In essence, Dr Bos glued the lower piece to hold it together. My view is that the uncovered charge is excessive for the effort made. I agree you did say I would be responsible for the uncovered portion. I wasn't given any indication of what this cost would be. Had I known it was going to be this much I would have followed Dr Bos's suggestion that super glue would do the same job and that I could perform the work myself. Certainly, a lesson learned by me. Moving forward, I'm going to make payment by check mailed today for this exorbitant cost. Secondly, please cancel my next cleaning appointment on January 2, 2024. I'm most disappointed that Dr. Bos refused to discuss my complaint with me. Therefore, given the unprofessional new invoicing procedure, excessive uncovered charge and failure to communicate with me, I will no longer be a patient with Bos Dental. In addition, I will share my experience in this matter online. "

If he wants to give you one, it doesn't mean you don't need one, it just means to go get a referral. You should ONLY go to a root canal specialist, not a regular dentist. My husband only had a pulpectomy (which is not the same) from Dr. Sawyer and then had to have an actual root canal on top of it. Otherwise, for regular dental care, we're satisfied.

The front staff have been wonderful to work with, hygienists are on point and consistently thorough without making the process painful. Dr Gregson is personable, a kind hearted person towards my family, and above all relatable when discussing teeth. My 8yo just had her tooth pulled pre-orthodontic treatment.
