To be honest, I live a few minutes away from here but I truly avoid this area because it is rife with vagrants and petty crime. So I don't come here unless I have to. But if I do have to come here, I know the staff is prompt and courteous. I've only ever had to come here to drop off Amazon returns, so I'm not familiar with their pricing for packages. They do make it pretty easy to come in and just drop off, so that service is very convenient. All in all, it's a good place inside, just maybe come during the day and lock your car doors.

I was scrambling last minute to find a place to print 150 brochures, and PostaAnnex came through for me. Right away the owner Doug was open and friendly, and genuinely wanted to help me get the best quality prints he could provide, within a reasonable cost. We went over pricing and different paper types my first day at the shop (their paper selection is huge!), and he printed proofs for each batch of prints I ordered. I ordered about 600+ prints total (all 11x17's on glossy 80lb cover), and every one turned out as good as the proofs! Doug took what normally is the most stressful part of preparing for a convention, and made it completely stress free, and I cannot thank him enough! Tall, black hair skinny scrubby fellow obviously has insecurity issues, needs re-training in customer service skills, and definitely should not be working anywhere as a co's customer service rep. I own 2 business' and one uses a lot of paper, toner, office supplies, and the occasional computer product or equipment. I definitely won't buy anything there or probably at Staples now. Good job Staples! If you pay attention to customer reviews like any business with half a brain should do these days, you'll know who he is. Lol.
