I called out AAAC wildlife, and they quickly responded next day. In the end, it was discovered that the noise I was hearing was coming from my plumbing system. Austin with AAAC was honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and also very thorough in his investigation of the problem. Not only did he completely check our attic, but also checked the entire roof for holes, as well as an inspection of the property for any entry points that a small animal could enter the house from. I was recommended to call AAAC by another pest control company who wasn't able to help me with an animal digging holes in my yard. The person who answered the phone was helpful and thorough, clearly setting out the expectations for service. I set up an appointment and someone came out to set traps. It was expensive, but I was happy to get the issue resolved and it seemed like these guys were going to make sure it was. The issues started when I needed to call to follow-up on when they were going to come back out. I hadn't heard anything over three days past the date range they told me. However, the worst part was when they came back to check the traps. I was told one of the traps had gone off, but the person checking them then proceeded to pull out the tiniest 1/2" square of fur. I told them I did not mind if they dug up the yard (even offering a shovel) to get the suspected gopher out, but they said no. I then said they could throw the piece of fur away in the trash and they said they would put it in their car. This all felt very untrustworthy and was made even worse as they then proceeded to charge me an additional $80 for a gopher that I never saw! The work order claims they caught a gopher and there was no new digging, but I never agreed with or signed off on that. I will be trying someone else if I have an issue in the future that requires similar services. read more

Brian came out and removed an opossum that had been keeping me a wake four nights in a row in my dryer vent. (So fun, i know.) A All scheduled me right away for Monday morning (I opted not to pay for weekend service), trapped the stinker, took a photo of me with it (very important to convince your friends you're not crazy), and gave me some tips on blocking them from the house. Wow, I have never ever in a million years seen customer service so bad. This company could make it into a realty TV show. After emailing AAAC wildlife removal telling them I would like to cancel services they "FIRED" me as a customer. Yes, the owner told me they were glad to fire me as a customer. I have uploaded a picture of the email convo as proof as you must see it to believe it. Now that's after they made fun of my last name by putting "funny name" next to my last name and trashing their competition who by the way actually were able to solve my problem with bats at my home. I have still also not received my refund for unfinished services and it appears I will not receive one. Heading to small claims court to file a complaint. So so so crazy, I am still shocked to this day at the response from an owner of a company. read more

Called for a Raccoon problem (mom had some babies) I called at 8 am, had a technician at my house by 11:30 am. He knew what he was talking about, walked the whole attic and located one separate location they were hiding in (I have 3 different areas to my attic and its not well connected). The initial set up was about $200 and every time he comes back to get the trapped raccoons would be $100 (so if he catches two or three the price doesn't change). This was great for me since other companies were charging me per raccoon and if mom had six babies....it gets pricey. Then he quoted me $1150 for sealing the hole, fogging the attic, decontaminating and deodorizing, up to two rolls of installation (it was only in one small area - 250 sq ft) and covering the vents with a mushroom top. He also let me know he saw rodent dropping and need to seal the attic for that. He quoted me a price but said it was fine to handle the raccoons first since there was a huge fight we could hear last night that scared my children. Raccoon removal comes with a year warranty as well. I will update later but he was so nice and professional and he made me feel confident that he knew what he was doing. read more

I've used A All Animal Control twice and each time they have been prompt, courteous, professional and have performed their services at a reasonable cost. And while it's not essential for them to be this way, they seem to actually have a heart for the little critters they are removing (well....not the rats ) and make sure they are treated humanely and taken to unpopulated areas so they can survive in a better habitat. Hired this company to spray for snakes, as we have dogs. The 'field supervisor' assigned to our home was very helpful. He explained that the all natural spray they use would repel snakes, as the mixture burns the belly of the snake, and they would no longer cross the sprayed, fenced boundaries. Two weeks later, snakes began to appear again...in our very well groomed and maintained area. I called to inquire about a second spraying, as the agent stated these were available within approx. 30 days of the first application. The female owner happened to answer the phone. She informed me that recent rains rendered the spraying much less effective. I felt the $300 fee paid prior should cover service that would hold up to rain weather. She promptly told me that they do not guarantee their work when there is poor weather. Customer service was apparently not her priority. I asked if I could schedule the $125 follow-up, and she refused, stating that I had to wait a full thirty days..even though she just stated that the first application was probably compromised due to heavy rains. I will not call on this company again, and I would caution others to avoid their services as well. read more
