I was completely grief stricken and overwhelmed having never been faced with the honor and responsibility of "closing out a life." I answered the questionnaire on their website in the evening and received a call within fifteen minutes. Because of miscommunication, the hospital was holding my friend. DJ worked to have him released into his care and have the belongings returned to me. Because I did not have to worry about my friend being cared for, I was able to focus on taking care of all of his personal affects.
