Sept from the first call made us feel comfortable ( a warm hug kind of comfort). Once we decided to go with Ivy Cremations, it was constant communication, whether it was calls or via text. We did not communicate via emails which was greatly appreciated and was not an option for us. That was a big plus as communication was consistent. We met Alex tonset up the final arrangements and that interation was pleasant and due to prvios patrons we were not able to bring food, but light refreshments and finger foods were allowed. I was completely grief stricken and overwhelmed having never been faced with the honor and responsibility of "closing out a life." I answered the questionnaire on their website in the evening and received a call within fifteen minutes. Because of miscommunication, the hospital was holding my friend. DJ worked to have him released into his care and have the belongings returned to me. Because I did not have to worry about my friend being cared for, I was able to focus on taking care of all of his personal affects.
