Unfortunately the funeral home picked AAAB Cremation when my father died last year, most likely because was the first listing alphabetically. I strongly suggest telling the funeral home which crematorium you want to use. I called AAAB dozens of times to get the cremation certificate I needed to inter my father's ashes. No matter what time or day of week the answering service always picks up and says "the funeral director is with a family". Total BS. No one ever returns calls once you have given them the money. By contrast the Neptune Society-affiliated cremation place that prepared my mother's ashes 10 years earlier had a sensitive, pleasant receptionist and mailed a copy of the certificate immediately. read more
