My accident happened on July 20th, surgery on July 22nd returned home to recuperate July 24. My vehicle was determined a total loss and here it is October 1st and I have yet to be compensated for my vehicle. Numerous phone calls to all above have been ignored except one call I received almost 3 weeks ago with no resolution to providing me with a rental vehicle, at least, for needed transportation. I have been released to go back to work part time light duty 3 weeks ago and left with no transportation to get there. Needless to say to the Dr.'s for follow ups and physical therapy for my injuries. This has been the worst treatment & I am the victim of being hit by someone who ran a red light and struck my vehicle with great force which totaled both cars hers, & mine and left me with substantial injuries. I have had to pay out of my own pocket for a rental. I'm sure the insurance company will ignore my request about getting reimburse. The commercials they advertise should not inspire you to go with this company for any insurance needs you may have. They are very irresponsible & inconsiderate of the people whom they are to insure.
