Your terms and conditions have rendered your towing service unreliable and useless. We haven't even used our 5 allotted tows in the past several years. There are always multiple hour delays even with your conditions and I can get towing coverage through my PEMCO insurance. At least PEMCO has been reliable. We will not be renewing our AAA Plus membership that we've had for over a decade. You've just lost 4 drivers. read more

AAA left me in a jam big time. I had a vehicle towed to a shop. The shop determined that it was non repairable. I needed to remove the vehicle from ther location and get rid of it. AAA said it was the same repair and they would not re-tow it. Looks like the only thing I can rely on is for them to send me a renewal notice. Very disapoointd in them. Live and learn. PS the first tow took 5 hours for them to arrive too. :( read more

I had some car trouble awhile back , I called AAA got ahold of a nice lady . After the rig amaroll of card number and who I was. She asked where I was I told her on 6th st east. at 6th ave east .... There was alittle pause and the lady asked me again where I was. I said 6th st east. at 6th ave east , I am about 5 feet from the intersection. She goes Sir if you can't tell me where you are I can't send a truck out to get you. I repeated the streets and where I was at, she asked for the closest business. I believe it was sandwich shop. She must of thought I was drinking, she did send out the request but called twice to make sure I was the one making the call and still where I said I was. read more

AAA leaves minors stuck in the mountains with a dead battery. My 17 year old brother called AAA for a jump because his car died in the mountains and AAA told him it was "out of range" and "too dangerous." They're in a FWD sedan, no snow, no poor weather conditions. They just left a group of minors stranded in the mountains and refused a service that was paid for. Don't get AAA, just get roadside assistance through your car insurance because this company will leave you hanging! read more

We have been AAA members since 1979, and have always received good service. However, today was possibly the end of our relationship with AAA. We pay extra for the RV Plus coverage, and even had to have our RV towed into a repair shop at one time, at no extra cost to us. It's been raining a lot this past month and our RV got stuck in our yard. We needed a truck to come and pull it about 20 feet onto our gravel driveway. AAA was sending Kitsap Towing. The dispatcher said our cost, after AAA paid, would be $500! We, of course, canceled the call, and our RV is still stuck. I called another towing company, and she couldn't believe Kitsap Towing was charging us an additional $500. I don't know if AAA is aware, but they should be, and this should not happen. read more

I have been a member since obtaining my License at 16 and as an adult I maintained the tradition until this month at age 30. I was stranded in a parking lot late in the evening in the middle of no where broke down due to one of my cylinders needing replaced. This was 8/21. I was told 4 hour wait, could only tow 10 miles due to high call volume. Went through several representatives only to be left stranded. My only option was to pay for a tow and get reimbursed. Well, I had no money to front for the $400 tow to people who could reach me. I cancelled my membership only to be told I made a bad choice. Not one member apologized to me, felt bad, or empathized. A must go to for any AAA needs and a new friend! This office is outstanding, the customer service is impressive and Jamie Nichols in particular who helped me is "the one" you want handling you. I'm sure everyone is great but she went out of her way in every possible way. My experience here is one that is extremely memorable. Many can probably agree - experiences like mine don't often happen. When I find a good thing - I tend to hold on to it. They now have a customer for years to come and a great review. Hello, i have had AAA premier service for about, and they have done great for us until today my family and i called to get service tow of our vehicle. Our vehicle broke down in kent wa. And we needed it towed to my families house in spanaway wa. A mere 15 to 20 miles my wife and i have 200 miles each and they said that the tow service cant go that far. Earlier they gave me hassle about i had to be a the vehicle, so i had my daughter take my family and i back to the car. And we called again at the vehicle and they said they dont service my area. Im confused why i bought this service. My family and i are here stranded in kent trying to get home. And my aaa insurance wont help. im really disapointed in aaa will not use them again or recommend to friends and family read more

Called in at 645pm. Was told it would be an hour at most. I opted for update texts and got none. I did mention that my kids and I would be locked outside in the rain in 15 minutes so if at all possible it would be great to have them there sooner. At 745pm I call in and ask for an ETA but my phone died so when it came back on I called to hear a voice mail from the AAA guy who said to call back if I needed an ETA. Why not leave the ETA on my voicemail? So I call back and the woman says she will call me back. 15 minutes later she calls and says it will be another hour. What? You're kidding right? It's now completely dark and raining and we are locked out of the building we were at. My husband finally arrives so we can sit in the car and I can charge my phone to call again. This time I'm told they called someone else and he would be there in "14 miles" whatever that means since it takes more or less time depending on where you come from. Finally I get a supervisor who is going to send a complaint form (uh thanks?) and take the call off my account. Yeah, I'm tired so I'm not going to argue but I think I will be asking for a refund. read more

It was short notice but she still managed to come up with a very good package that met our specifications. She is very friendly, helpful and attentive to our family needs. She was very patient with answering all my questions and with providing a lot of useful tips and information. It was the best customer service experience I had with a travel agent.
