There was a nice lady who met me at the counter upon arrival who took a look at my merch and told me to wait for a gentleman who came from the back. He took a look at my situation and was able to get me in and out pretty quickly making the whole ordeal less uncomfortable than I imagined. These guys have just about everything that you will find in a pawn store. Electronics, speakers, DVD and CDs, and talk about tools. So many tools inside that one could get lost. I was looking for a multimeter and got overwhelmed. The layout is a bit sporadic and the people are a little weird, but it is a pawn shop. It takes a once around to become familiar with it and it is worth it. I never needed to pawn or sell my belongings so I can't comment. If you are looking for firearms than you should probably check elsewhere. If you need some rims or subs or sporting items you could give these folks a shot.

Unfortunately, I did not get that same experience from Ashley. From the moment I spoke with her, I felt judged and dismissed. She looked me up and down multiple times, and the interaction made me uncomfortable. I was on vacation and dressed casually and comfortably, but that should not determine how a customer is treated. I brought in a genuine luxury item because I needed funds, and while I understand pawn shops have to verify authenticity, the way I was approached made me feel more like a suspect than a customer. What upset me even more was the way my bag was handled. While checking it, she pulled aggressively at the pockets and ended up creasing (I have photos from the day before) the bag instead of handling it gently and professionally. When someone brings in a luxury item, they expect it to be treated with care and respect *It took 2 employees 3 times to get her to come out of the safe room AND I called the day before inquiring when she would be available *She was telling another employee that my chain strap didn't look\feel authentic. Tried telling me that my mass produced luxury bag is cheap *Ashley told me she would call me and tore off a tiny itty bitty piece of receipt paper for my contact details **NEVER CALLED ME** What made this experience more disappointing is that these stores are nostalgic for me. My father worked for Sol's back in the 2000s, so I've always associated these shops with familiarity and respect. Sadly, after this experience, that feeling is gone.
