Had to jump through hoops and make other arrangements to have the trees removed and trimmed due to the situation Dominion had put us in. Contacted them to let them know other arrangements had been made due to the fact that they did not show up when they were supposed to (and left it until last minute) and they were jeopardizing the whole schedule. Rob had enough nerve to say they were going to invoice for a 20 percent cancellation fee. Are you kidding me. What a JOKE! I guess anyone can start a company, Never show up and wait till the customer cancels and charge them 20 percent cancellation fee. Very disappointed with this company. It took them a while to get out to us but they kept in touch to let us know we were not forgotten. When they did finally get here, they were very nice and did a great job. Cleaned up the yard really well. The owner apologized for making us wait so long, but the work was worth it! They were vastly cheaper than any of their competitors. Will definitely recommend and will call for any tree work I need done in the future.

For some reason they thought it would be a good idea to park their multi-tonne truck on MY lawn in what is clearly marked a no parking zone. This resulted in rather significant damage to my lawn. I pointed this out to the crew leader who admitted their folly and promised to repair the damage. After several weeks I called the owner Dan to inquire why my lawn was not fixed. Dan was again apologetic and actually showed up 15 minutes later to see the damage for himself. Again I was promised they would repair the damage they caused. I would point out I was calm and reasonable with both Dan and his employee, I just wanted my lawn fixed. So now after three months I've had to repair the damage myself because the ruts were ruining my lawnmower (it was bottoming out). So thanks for nothing Dan! Long story short, don't hire Dan's Tree Service if you like your neighbours.

I told him I did and he said he could go out the next day and give me an estimate. This was great because a very, VERY strong wind storm passed through, up to 60mph and knocked down several trees around the city. Tree removal services were booked or getting booked fast, so I really appreciated that he made time to stop by and assess the damage so soon. When he got there, he gave me a quote, which was extremely reasonable for the job and had his team out the next day. He sent me pictures of the work after he cleaned everything up (I was not present when they finished) and the yard looked GREAT! I hope to not ever have to deal with tree service again but if I do, Junior's would be my automatic go-to. Much thanks to Ruben and his team for taking care of the damage as soon as possible.
