I have had homeowners through AAA for 15 years. My premium has been steadily increasing due to age of roof. Had roof replaced and called to ask for a readjustment and was told I had to personally come into the office. I asked why and the sales rep Nancy Sorrentino, hang up on me before I could get an answer. I also had additional questions about adding an auto, but she obviously didn't care. I wish I would have reviewed the numerous Yelp, BBB and Next Door reviews before doing business with AAA Travel. Without going into much details, we booked a Canadian cruise with Brandi LaValley in the Trailwinds Villages, FL office and what a nightmare. At this point, will just leave it at this. Air Canada sent a $555.78 refund directly to AAA Travel on 11/12/2024 and they refuse to give it to us. They want us to contact the "travel insurance". What a joke. And this is not only the uncaring local "agent" but I contact AAA Travel Corporate and was told to just deal with her. Guess $555.78 is no big deal to them. read more

I booked a cruise to the Caribbean thru AAA Lady Lake and to put it mildly it has turned out to be a nightmare. First I have caught my Rep Johnathan in many lies, I have also caught AAA in a lie as well. I have used many travel agency's in the past I know I am paying a premium and I have never had a problem in the past and that's why I use a travel agent. I can't wait to see what goes wrong next. I am 1 of 4 people going on this cruise and they are not happy as well. So in closing I am suggesting you reconsider using AAA for anything. read more

Called AA two days in a row-waited on hold for 20min;called the next day left a vm-no response. Have been a member of AA for 21 years. Thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer service. membership is up in June will definitely NOT be renewing. I agree with another reviewer who would've given them a zero!! Coming through the front door we were greeted with great pleasure. We worked with Pilar who absolutely met all of our needs and then some. A true asset to triple AAA. We also couldn't believe the large service area and all of their offerings. We will be back soon and in the meantime recommend highly. read more

I would give them a zero star if possible. Been a member for more than a decade and only used them a couple of times. Needed them today for towing service and called and was told would be up to three hours to get a tow. That is absolutely ridiculous in the Florida heat. Asked to speak to several supervisors and all said they understand but nothing they can do. Then I asked to cancel my membership as they're not meeting their agreement of under an hour and was told I can cancel but no proration of payment and no partial refund. Absolutely no returns. Be careful when you pay since clearly they can not meet expectations and keep your money. I ABSOLUTELY will be escalating this and ABSOLUTELY will NOT renew my membership. There are other tow services out there and I whole-heartedly will be searching for an alternative for AAA. read more
