Vinyl Industries was significantly lower than any other bid. While I'm not one to just go with the cheapest bid, we were very impressed with the salesman, Ryan, who we felt was thorough and understood what we wanted. He also had excellent communication skills and responded to questions very promptly. When the day came to install the fence the crew showed up on time and took two days to set all of our posts. We were installing about 200' of fence line. I previously used little yard flags to mark all of my sprinkler heads to help the installers know where they are and to protect my sprinkler system. Only one of the heads was in the way and they carefully relocated a few inches away neatly. But the biggest surprise was when they showed up four days earlier than scheduled to finish our fence. They did this so they could start on our neighbors fence the next week. The fence looks amazing and we've received a few compliments from neighbors who also were impressed with the crew.

But their employees (especially Junior) wanted to find a solution. While it took them a little while to figure out how to modify the new construction to meet our fence- they did it and it worked perfectly. On top of it, because of the time it took (about an hour), they didn't charge us!!! Vinyl Industries and their employee Junior went above and beyond! Thank you.

One guy stopped by and let me know the job would take a minimum of three hours and cost me $550. I called Robert Carter, and he drove up to my house from Spanish Fork (I live in Draper) within an hour. Stopped by, took a look at the issues, went to buy supplies, and within an hour and a half, he was completely done. Super friendly guy. He's a master plumber, licensed and bonded, and the quality of his work was really impressive. Oh, and did I mention cost yet? Well, let's just say he saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Several times he mentioned that he "couldn't sleep at night" if he charged people what the larger companies charge. If you are in need of an honest plumber who does high-quality work, but at a fraction of the price, this is your guy.

In short, Quality Sprinklers charged $3,000 in June of 2020 to lay all new lines, install all new heads and valves. They did a miserable patchwork job that didn't water well, and leaked horribly. Efrain, with Carpis charged $500 to replace 3 and numerous leaks. I couldn't be happier with Carpis, and I hope karma has her way with crooks at Quality
