He is very knowledgeable about what type of window treatments and options would work best for a particular window or room. He wrote our estimate with options (including pricing) for higher and lower end treatments and bells and whistles, including his personal recommendations as to which bells and whistles were worth it and which were not. He was meticulous with the installation. The best part, however, was two months after installation, I had an issue with a bracket on one of the windows. I texted him at 8 p.m. and asked if he could fix it. His response? "I'll be there in 20 minutes." Sure enough, twenty minutes later, he was there with a drill and a step ladder and had the issue fixed in five minutes. Cannot say enough about what a pleasant experience this was for us.

After some unlucky mixups (which she was quick to follow up about and address) she did a quick in-person assessment of mom's house and made an appointment to send three cleaners over for a whole house deep clean. This is my mom's feedback: "I would say I was very pleased. I was impressed with the level of service they rendered--the attention to detail and following my instructions. I would say that I recommend them. And they were also pleasant. If I had to say a small negative it was not being able to communicate with them because Joanna was not here and I only had three people who did not speak English" So all in all a very good experience, my mom says it's the best gift she's ever gotten.
