I decided to find a few vendors to install automatic gates for me, and I knew I wanted aluminum because it is much lighter and requires far less maintenance. I always have my assistant contact at least three vendors to compare pricing and to get a sense of whether they are truly knowledgeable. My assistant found two of the vendors and I gave her the information for IRON MEN gates to schedule the appointment. From the moment Elad came out on day one, I was extremely impressed. He has a genuine, down-to-earth personality, and he was serious, professional and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the project - exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my gate. The other vendors were much more focused on sales and pitching, rather than taking the time during the initial walkthrough to thoroughly review what I wanted. Elad's proposal was also significantly better in quality and detail. The turnaround time was fast, and it included clear drawings and detailed information about what would be done--something I had not seen from any other vendor I've hired for work around my house. At that point, I knew I wanted to move forward with them. There was some negotiation on pricing, but ultimately I felt the final cost was absolutely worth it. Once I signed the proposal, everything went into motion immediately. They ordered the materials and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process. Elad responded quickly whenever I reached out, and when questions or concern came up, he always had solutions and worked with me. I also had several change orders. They were very patient and accommodating, and importantly, they handled my requests without delaying the completion date by an additional month (which is common with many vendors). They were able to schedule everything effectively and still complete my gates with minimal delays. Every team member who came out -- electrician, the two smooth stucco pillars crew, and the aluminum gate installation team -- was professional, polite, and respectful. Construction projects are stressful by nature, but they were genuinely the easiest vendor I have ever worked with. The best part is that my aluminum gates look incredible. Everyone who passes by my home has commented on how good they look. I have only left a few reviews in my lifetime, and I rarely do unless a vendor truly exceeds expectations. I am very particular and somewhat of a perfectionist, so it was not easy for me to find someone I considered exceptional --but this was absolutely one of those cases. Elad listened carefully to what I wanted to create and brought it to life. They completely out-shined, out-performed, and out-classed them all. They were hired to build a staircase during our home remodel. Albeit, the staircase looked good from far away, when you get close the lack in craftsmanship clearly showed. Despite asking Arbi to come back twice to fix it, it seems like every time he and Hagop came back it made the staircase or some wall damaged even more. I even asked him if putting the staircase before we installed the flooring was a good idea and he said it was fine and that's how it's supposed to be done. After installing the flooring the ailment was off so after calling Arbi to fix it he said that I can either have the rail be aligned to the wall and have it press against a stair nose or have the staircase not touch the wall on one side a leave a gap. Both of which looked terrible. In addition, the weld points were poorly grinded down and clearly visible. Finally, after repeated attempts to correct the color of the rail Arbi said that he will text us the spray paint used so we can fix it ourselves. The last time they came for repairs they didn't even have the decency to clean the metal shavings or put the post plates before they left. I will post photos shortly. Will never work with them again and you shouldn't either.
