The supervisor called me back and set an appointment. After waiting for 2 hours after the appointment time, I called them back. Turns out, they had tried ringing my doorbell - the same thing I was having the issue with not working - and they left. After I called the main office, the supervisor (Gerardo) called me back. He tried to reschedule me for a week later! After some dialogue he agreed to come back later that day. When I reminded him of everything that else we had talked about that needed to be installed, he told me that they didn't do Nest thermostats. Why didn't he tell me that in the first place?!? We spent hundreds more to investigate the sewer belly. turns out that there isn't a sewer belly problem. the clog was under the toilet, in the toilet line which they never checked. I talked to Jose Hernandez who lied and said they DID check the toilet line. then he lied and tried to convince me that the toilet line is the same as the mainline.
