They had my truck 90% loaded in 2.5 hours. No complaints here, I was relieved and appreciative. It cost a bit more per hour than the other company but it was worth it considering same day service. They said my had a wire that was miscommunicating and could not trace it down even after I gave them an extra two hours to trace wire. Had to get all new wiring harness put in and in the meantime, my second actuator mysteriously went bad. So replaced both actuators and wiring harness a couple months later my ACS light is back on and they're saying my actuator is bad and will not warranty it. there saying my spool is leaking and that is what caused my actuator to go bad. I think they didn't catch on the first go around and now I'm stuck now looking at a total of $10,000 in three months. If I could give them a zero star, I would.
