I was moving 2 more things out of my unit 1 day after my payment was due. I called and asked if they would still have to charge me for the entire month and the manager said "no". I appreciate this. I wasn't late; their billing system failed and they admitted it but sent out the threatening email anyway. Before the purchase of the facility on Rainbow Road, it was great. I'm looking for another facility, and by the way, my Sparebox doesn't have any staffing to talk with, so I am forced to talk with a rep who doesn't care about any problems.

When I arrived with my hired movers on the 10th, they were paving the storage facility then instead and would not let me in to get my belongings. As you can imagine, this was a nightmare that cost me extra time, labor, expense and much stress. I called SpareBox later that month to complain and ask for compensation and was told someone would get back to me. I waited until early December and no one called. I called them again only to be told they were "sorry" but there was nothing they could do for me. PLEASE find a different business for storing your belongings. This company needs to straighten up or I hope they go out of business.
