    Dirty- liquid stains on over 30/60 chairs had liquid stains but all chairs needed to be wiped down from layer of dust.

    Do not use this business. I paid $1,234 for party rental for Sep 6, 2025 engagement party for our son, of tables, chairs, special place settings, dishes with silver ware and tablecloths for 60 people. Problems: (1) delivered both dirty and discolored chairs (not white as they show in their showroom) and damaged chairs all banged up, (2) delivered dirty tables, all table tops, legs and bases had to be cleaned and wiped off due to layer of dirt, (3) delivered regular dishes, not designer up charged. (4) Over 1/3 of the 60" and 48" table feet were missing plastic protectors, so I had to go out and buy felt and attached myself so as not to damage our wood floors. (I forgot to take photos of table bases). Note: when they delivered the dirty tables & chairs, I gave delivery men towels and spray to clean them up- they did for 10 minutes & left -- so my son & his fiancee & my husband and I spent 2 hours cleaning every single table and chair. AAA came back with a few "replacement" chairs but they were in the exact same discolored and banged up condition. This situation was very, very stressful! I called 2 days later, Monday, and was promised a refund of $250 by check. I said OK b/c I was exhausted from hosting the event, but really I should have been offered at least 25% refund. I also sent a letter with photos & made follow up phone calls. Well, no check ever arrived. Shame, shame, shame on Manny, Leo and all of the employees for bait and switch of their rentals. Note: I waited over 2 months to write this review, hoping they would do the right thing and send me a partial refund.

    If you own a restaurant in Southern California you're probably pivoting all over the place to keep your business open. We have 2 fine dining locations in Los Angeles County that we're reduced to takeout the day before thanksgiving day (our busiest day of the year) due to COVID 19 health department restrictions. In the meantime, our locations in Orange County were reduced to outdoor seating and take out. Talk about a double whammy! Our new CEO, had an idea to open a pop up restaurant by our Corona Del Mar restaurant. Here comes Anthony Terrones and Ramiro Beltran of AAA Rents and Events to the rescue. We sat down with Anthony and Ramiro explained to them our vision for our pop up restaurant by the beach and they got to work on it right away. They had built us a pop up restaurant ready for business in a couple of days and ready for Thanksgiving. Thank you Anthony and Ramiro for your efficiency and attention to details. The tent that AAA Rents built for us definitely a 5 star fine dining standard complete with a mini prep area, bar , heating, subfloor and lighting to cheer up our guests amidst the depressing COVID holiday we're in.     Manny helped me select and deliver a beautiful gazebo and living room furniture set for my husband's 60th. Unfortunately, the wrong size gazebo was delivered and the furniture didn't seat as many people as I'd been informed but Manny was easy to work with and we resolved the issues. Problems arise, it's how you deal with them that counts. I highly recommend AAA and would use them again.

    This is US loading up THEIR rentals since they never showed up and left us to do their job!

    If I could give 0 stars I would. We just got married - 2 weeks ago. Delivery of goods was fine - even though they got some stuff wrong - no big deal. Day after wedding - we have a brunch at the venue and wait for pickup. No one show. Our venue required us to be off premises by noon - no later than 1pm without paying for extra time (oh ya and they had Pottery Barn renting the space after us for a shoot so our stuff literally needed to get off the premises). At 12 no one showed up. We had to rent a moving truck and load ALL OF THE RENTAL STUFF into a box truck (200 chairs, 20 tables, silverware, glasses, plates, etc.) into a truck. It took what usually takes them about 30 minutes - wait for it -3 HOURS TO LOAD. We are not professional movers, and we had just finished celebrating the best day of our lives. We had 20 people helping us from young kids to our grandmothers (70+) carrying chairs to help us get off the property ASAP. When we FINALLY got a call back from them around 2pm - they told us they were picking up Monday - even though we had told them we had to be off the property by Sunday at 12. No apologies - just telling us if we wanted to drop off the merchandise that they are at the store now. Ok great - told Carlos we'd be there in an hour (since we were in Hollywood and they are in Van Nuys. We arrived to an empty lot. Gate shut and no one there. Called him and he said, "Oh I guess they left." NO JOKE. Not only did we have a truck full of stuff, we had family to entertain for the rest of the day while trying to figure out what to do with all of THEIR rental stuff that we were now responsible for. Finally we were told they would get it all at 6:30am the next day since my husband needed to work at 7am and that was the earliest they could do it. At 6:40 my now husband went over with the truck and they told him they don't start work until 7am. He was livid and told them if they don't get the stuff out he was going to pull it out and drop it in their lot. They finally acquiesced and unloaded (literally took them 20 minutes - since they are the pros). After that we sent them a bill for the rental truck, the 2 extra hours we were charged at our venue, and a bill for the 20 people we had that loaded the truck. THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY NO - AND GIVE US A BILL FOR A FEW GLASSES/DISHES THAT WERE MISSING. How dare they try to charge us when we saved their asses from getting a HUGE bill from our venue for having to cancel a huge client like Pottery Barn if we didn't get their stuff off the property. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB AS WELL. IF NO REMEDY WE WILL FILE A SUIT IN LOS ANGELES AND SUE THESE GUYS FOR RUINING OUR WEDDING SUNDAY.

    Damage to my truck caused my Manny during the loading of a table that they will not take responsibility for.

    Excellent customer service from the phone call to order and pick up and return. The inventory is huge, so that always have what I need.

    The equipment I rented for my party was a bit old and dirty, I was not satisfied. I don't think it was cleaned, sanitized, washed.
