Anything simple can be difficult for them and they DO NOT tell you of EXTRA FEES that are not included in the estimate of their services. I had an issue with the DMV locking my motorcycle from being registered so they told me "deposit $100 and we will see whats happening", but they never told me that it owed over $500 (the motorcycle is worth less than that). I would of opted out of giving the DMV any money and just paid them their fee that was not talked about nor mentioned. I had to call to see what was going on days later and they told me over the phone "if you cant pay the fee just come pick up your title" but they never told me of the extra fee that was not talked about. HORRIBLE practice and its not the first time they added an extra fee on me or my family members so we wont be coming here again.

It's like going to get an oil change and the mechanic tells you that you need a whole new engine. I highly recommend going to the DMV's website and to virtually get in line if you need to get anything handled. It's free and convenient. I was about to get charged $80 and I walked out called the DMV and they solved my issue in five minutes. The DMV warned me that these places are know to be shady. This place is a rip off.
