There is generally maybe a customer or two in line before me at times, but most of the time no line (no matter what time of the day I come by). Definitely way better than interacting with those grouchy, unfriendly dmv employees... or waiting in an hour long line.

These guys are massive scam artists. If you're looking to file a fraudulent lien and need…read moreassistance, look no further. They will go above and beyond to assist you in the process of lying on your lien to ensure it goes through. The lovely folks at ARS assisted a mechanic that I hired to RESTORE my vehicle with filing a lien on my car. They lied about the date the vehicle came into his possession, the value of the car and the services that were provided. I am only finding out about this lien over 6 months later and with no help from them. They are incapable of providing me with the paperwork they claimed they mailed to my home because they didn't. They dodged my calls for two weeks because they are well aware they lied. If you're trying to scam someone, these people are here to help.
