There's no way to cancel coverage on the jmg.com website - which is interesting - and ALL phone calls landed in someone's voicemail. Didn't matter who the receptionist patched me through to, it was voicemail all day long. And NO call backs, wonderful! Their IVR doesn't work (press 1, 2, 3, 4, etc., and it just hangs up on you), which is hilarious considering we're in the 21st century. Happy ending though - we were eventually successful and we're now insured at a lower premium with another agency.
