Came in and waited in line, then someone came up from behind and walked past the line to a woman who just finished helping someone. Instead of directing her back to the line she helped her clearly seeing I had been waiting. Then when we get to the front they don't apologize or offer any explanation. No body wears a name tag so I cannot list whom it was but she was training someone else, which concerns me more that this won't get fixed at all at this location. read more

Went in for 2 zoo tickets 1030 am. 30 min wait, TOOK FOREVER! No one ahead of me. 4 different customers came in and purchased their DMV tags after me, out the door. Apparently they get priority in line. If I wasn't saving $20 would have left. Employees look around and see you waiting but they move as slow as molasses! read more

Called AAA to have my car towed to my usual mechanic. Car didn't show up there. AAA doesn't know where it is or else won't help me locate it. They refuse to find my car or deal with the shady tow company that they sent , has anyone seen my car or AAA's integrity if so let me know read more

went to transfer title for trailer i just bought. checked in and they said have a seat and you will be called. After 50 minutes and watching 5 people go before me I went back up to see why I hadnt been called. The receptionist looked on her computer and said"oh, you are not in the queue.". no apology from her at all. waited another 10 min before I was helped. Ridiculous. go to DMV, it'll be quicker than Murrieta AAA read more

Overall pretty satisfied. Surprised with how low they are rated. They were able to take care of my problems without the necessity of needing to go to the DMV, which was big plus. Considering I will do anything to avoid the DMV. Exceptional customer service overall. read more

ALYSSA H. BEST TRAVEL AGENT. FRIENDLY, PLEASANT, VERY PROFESSIONAL WOULDN'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE. TOOK HER TIME WITH US. Talked to a travel agent, Alyssa H at the murrieta branch. She was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about vacation planning. She walked as step by step of what to expect and experience for our vacation. We told her that we did not want to have to worry about a thing. Like transfers or how to get to the next location. She was superb. She got us transfers from the airport to our Paris hotel then transfers from the Paris hotel to the train station. From the London train station to the London hotel. Our next leg was to Italy. She got us transfers from the London hotel to the airport. Once we land in time we have a transfer to the hotel. She booked tours that included hotel pick ups. This vacation she planned for us if the most in detailed trip and she didnt bat an eye. She just kept going along, asking what we wanted and expected. This trip was made for my husband and I. The best part was she didn't even suggest a guided tour. She custom built everything we asked for. If you need a travel agent please go to her. Definitely worth it. Better experience than I ever expected read more

Seems that this place is closed. I've tried calling for weeks, I've asked for them to call me back when my call is routed to AAA call center, and nothing. After several weeks of calling and trying to get a local rep from this Murrieta store to call me back or to pick up the phone, I'm only left to assume it is closed and no longer in business. read more

Sylvia in the travel dept was very helpful! She ensured we were able to get our vacation booked after a lot of difficulties not pertaining to AAA. We appreciate all of her hard work! read more

I would never visit this AAA location again. Came in on Saturday to renew car tabs, there arrears to only be two staff working on DMV related issues but they are also handling travel and ticket walk-ins. Seriously, one couple took 30 minutes with a travel issue, as is their right, but if the same people who handle DMV issues are going to handle this they need more staff. Especially on a Saturday. I pay a AAA membership to avoid this kind of thing at DMV locations. Extremely disappointed. In the end it took almost two hours to get served. I will, in the interest of being fair, say that the staff who were working were professional and helpful. I have zero complaint there. There needed to be more people serving to avoid such extreme waits. read more

Very helpful and professional! The office was clean, and they gave my daughter a coloring sheet to keep her occupied. The wait was short, and we got what we needed done without going to the DMV and waiting forever. I will definitely be going here again. read more

Terrible! I refused the service after speaking to the person that provided terrible service, and quoted a price 165 for a service everyone else was charging 85. I was going to use them because my AAA membership pays 60.00 toward a locksmith service. Ironically I Think they knows this because they charge 165-60= 105. So you will end up using 1 of your AAA Roadside assistance then pay an additional 20.00 on top of that. The technician was argumentative, and convinced AAA that I didn't need a service and not to get me going when my car was inoperable. WOW AAA said they would only tow my car. Thanks locksmith..... Read more!!! full story! My car alarm remote stopped working, I could not drive anywhere. I called around it was 85$ from 2 local locksmiths to come and program an extra key and remote that I had in my car. I Realized I had AAA. The rep called Footthill lock and Security 1650 Ord way Oceanside automotive! They said 165. "WHAT"!!!! 165 to program an extra key and remote that I had in my truck. I figure it is a miscommunication so I ask to do a 3 way call, AAA, myself, And a representative! When I explained I had an extra key with a remote, and my alarm was not functioning so I could not operate my Vehicle. Could I drive it and start it if the alarm was working YES, could I get it to the dealership. Sure if i figured out how to bypass the remote. Well the remote is not covered the locksmith says to the representative at AAA. We only cover if the KEY is broken. HERE IS THE FACTS: The Remote, the transmitter, and the key are all ONE PIECE. My interpretation is that they could charge what they charge because I am a AAA member and they are under contract and can charge what they want!!!!! WOW, argumentative, Charged Double of what the other locksmiths in the area charge, almost triple what the dealership would charge, Ps. Called AAA back and they said they would send the locksmith, but would only send the same company. NO THANK YOU! 2 hours later and stranded I am writing this review to save other customers time and money. if you have AAA always think now these guys CONTRACT and don't care at the level of dispatch, and customer service. This should be a VIOLATION of a contract with AAA and I asked filed a official report internally to request them look back through this vendors charges, call local companies, and see if they can FIRE or TERMINATE this contract that is doing a massive disservice and Sum this up, he was argumentative. Told me it was untrue that the dealership would reprogram my key for 65.00 which they told me over the phone. Did not justify why he was charging 165 for a 85.00 service. If you can use a less expensive service they are out there! If you have AAA. They are in contract with this guy, and so basically they WILL over charge you! I requested an internal audit of AAA and their Contractors 69107. I really hope it happens. I did some basic MATH 80$ over charged per 1000 people serviced is 80,000$ That is 80,000 per 1000 serviced that is charged to customers and AAA....Wow!. Good luck everyone! Hopefully they change their ways and not be so entitled. Yelp if this contractor complains and begs for you to take this down! I implore you to not comply! This is 100% ligament and can be backed up by a report filed with AAA and recorded phone calls! report 69107. read more

If i could give this AAA site a zero i would, the staff is extremely rude and not helpful. Go to the temecula site, nicer staff!

This place is so slow! Two lines as you walk in for "check in". One line for DMV and travel with people lined out of the door; the other line for insurance and membership with no one in it while the agent twiddles with her cell phone. After taking 50 minutes in line to check-in, i waited another hour to be seen. If you are coming here, bring a snack for the wait. read more

DO NOT use AAA in Murrieta to plan a vacation. Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip to Hawaii. I tried calling Sylvia whom I booked my flight with. I called every week and left a message with her to return my call for a month before she called me back. When she finally called I missed her call, I returned her call about 3hrs later and of course had to leave another message for her to call me back,. This was on a Thursday. As usual I never received a call back. I had to call back on Saturday and leave a message with the manager before Sylvia finally called me back on Monday. When I finally talked to Sylvia I was told that the money I had invested in my airfare was non refundable and that I COULD NOT use my ticket at any other time, So all the money I had invested in my airfare was stole. I was never told up front that if I had to cancel I would't be able to reuse my ticket or get a refunded. Stole: to take the property of another without permission or right, ESPECIALLY SECRETLY.... read more

If I could give AAA of Southern California 0 stars I would. As a consumer, I have never been treated with as much disrespect as I was today by the Insurance Branch Manager Brian Mc*******. From the get go, my Husband and I were treated like scum. He was abrupt, smug and unwilling to hear us out. In a nut shell, due to the incompetence of our Insurance Agent Jennifer Cott*****, our renters policy had been canceled by no fault of our own. I even went into the office when the original issue occurred in October of 2012 to have all of our policies reinstated. Less than a month later the policy (unbeknownst to us) was canceled again as Jennifer failed to do her job and submit the form to underwriting to reinstate the renters policy. Fast forward to 11/2014 we had a flood with a loss and called to file a claim at which time we were told that we did not have a renter's policy effective October 2012. Furthermore, I have correspondence in July 2013 to Jennifer indicating that we have moved to a new address and that I would like to have my address and RENTERS POLICY updated to the new house. An email was received in August 2013, after I had to contact her again wanting to know if the changes had been made and at no time did she mention that I no longer had a current renters policy. Had I been made aware of the situation in 2013 more than a year before my claim in November of 2014, I certainly would have taken the steps to resolve the matter and have the policy reinstated. No communication was made on their behalf to alert me to the issue. This is only ONE of the issues that I have encountered while with AAA Insurance. My polices have been canceled on a number of occasions without explanation and without any wrong doing from myself or my Husband. We purchased a new vehicle in October 2013 and it took Jennifer until March of 2014 to properly add my new vehicle to my policy. I HAVE DOCUMENTATION, my financing company went so far as to threaten to invalidate my loan if it was not resolved.... Again I had to contact her to ensure this was taken care of. I have stacks of email correspondence with time and date stamp to support this evidence. I was with Geico for 6 years and I never ONCE had to email them for anything, my policies were always correct and in force. Please before you give them any of your hard earned money, think again, is the savings really worth the hassle? Shame on you AAA, shame on you Brian and Jennifer. By the way our conversation was recorded and I have the Branch Manager blatantly tell my Husband that he will do NOTHING for us. I am sure your prospective customers would be delighted to hear how you will go to bat for them when you have a heavily documented case PROVING errors, lack of follow through, poor customer service, and incompetence and excuse after excuse. Feel free to contact me as I would be happy to share the recording as well as my printed documentation. read more

I had scheduled trip through automobile club and it ended up being a COMPLETE mess! We had scheduled our trip over a year in advance, and ended up going three different travel agents. Not because we wanted too but because they either got promoted or transferred to a different agency. We had dealt with the branch manager and she was just as unorganized as the travel agents. The place is an absolute mess! They have no problem charging your credit card continuously and giving you the wrong amount they will be charging you. They will actually be charging you $200 more than what they say. You always have to stay on top of your own things because they will tell you one thing and you actually are getting something else. I DO NOT recommend anyone use this agency to travel. read more

Don't go here for DMV!!! These are by far the STUPIDEST people I have ever delt with! They have absolutely NO knowledge of the dmv information at all and will tell you they are right. You'll leave there to go get things done right at the actual DMV. Always a waste of time read more

For the first time visited this location to get some maps and hoping one of their staff can help me to plot the map for a road trip. The individual staff (I don't want to mention her name to protect her privacy) mentioned that I need to decide what places I want to visit then bring it to her the list. I asked her, if I can work out the list what is the point to come see her? She simply said, "its up to you." An impression she projected was not interested helping and she is not familiar with areas where she can recommend me to visit. I felt she could use some cordial manner in dealing with customers. read more

My newly wed husband and I absolutely love Adryanna the travel agent! She is so knowledgeable and wonderful!! She made our honeymoon such an easy and care free experience. We had a little accident where we missed our flight because of unusual traffic circumstances and Adryanna was there to comfort us and take care of us and fix the problem. She knew all the perfect excursions to do while in Mexico and the little ins and outs not everyone knows!! My sister uses Adryanna as a travel agent as well and recommended her to us and we could not be more happy she did. What an absolute angel she is! We can't wait to book our one year with her, we will keep AAA services forever because of people like her! She needs a raise, an award, and maybe a vacation too! We love her ! read more

I would like to say first of all that, I have been a member for Roadside Service from AAA for the past 47 yrs. And I have been very happy with the service. They have been very helpful when I need help by the roadside and even when I have locked my keys in the car. BUT, I am really disappointed with AAA because, after 47 yrs. of membership, I run into financial problems and cannot make my payment on time and even till my grace period of 95 days, I still am unable to come up with my payment because I am on a very strict paycheck to paycheck income ( on barely making it ) and they cannot give me an option to make a partial payment to keep my membership active ? I think that AAA is being inconsiderate to their loyal members, especially after 47 yrs. of paying for a service that I hardly use during the years I've been paying them. I could see if they got their money's worth with me, if I used every tow and service during the year which I paid for but, when they are making good money off my membership and I need a small favor like asking for a partial payment to continue my service and they say, it can't be done, they don't accept partial payments, regardless the situation ? I am sorry but, I think that is wrong! There is such a thing as courtesy for your most respectable members, don't anyone with AAA agree with me ? If you have been a faithful member and have had this happen to you, I would really like to hear your comments on this subject. Don't get me wrong, I am not putting down there service by any means, I am just asking for a little compassion from one of the largest companies in the USA. I am a 63 yr. old woman that still drives and AAA gives me peace of mind while I am out driving and so I appreciate having AAA as my peace of mind while out driving but, all I ask is for them to be a little more compassionate with there loyal members and help them out on situations like this. I cannot give you a Five Star rating because I am upset about the way you are handling my situation and probably others that have relied on you loyally. Thank you for listening to my complaint and I hope that this will bring a solution for this problem. read more

I had my Jeep insured with AAA at this branch. We bought a new car and thought it would be wise to bundle with the Jeep. We were giving the agent all the info to get a quote, over the phone. When she finally gave us a quote, we balked at the price and told her we would call her back. I say "we" because it was my wife and I on speaker phone. We ended up putting the new car on my wifes policy thru another company. A month later I get a bill from AAA telling me I owe them for this new pollicy that I never asked for. I have been fighting with them for 5 months. I have repeatedly told them to produce a recording of the conversation which led to this policy being generated. They said they tape all the phone conversations and would produce it. They have not yet produced the recording or any proof whatsoever about this policy. It has been the biggest screw I have ever experienced in my life, and I am 49 so I've been messed with by companies before, but AAA gets the prize for the worst service ever!!! read more

AAA is not what it used to be. Sadly the AAA looks more like a governmental run agency than a non-profit membership owned organization. In the town I live in Murrieta,CA some of the agents act like they would rather commit suicide than help you with a DMV matter. When you walk in to the office its feels drab and depressing. There are a few nice folks that work there but for the most part the employees are lifeless and rubber stampers. The lady who help me with a DMV matter had to use two chairs to hold up her enormous frame which was awkward for me to look at. She never made eye contact with me and only spoke if I asked her a question. They have a sort bar counter you sit at so the person next to you is so close that they  pretty much listen to your whole conversation including personal info. AAA does not accept debit cards for DMV transactions, what's up with that AAA get with the 21 century, who carries check or cash anymore. And why AAA have you hidden the travel info so that members can no longer browse travel brochures. I guess they don't trust their own members to pick out travel info they want on their own. Also whats up with the hardcore insurance selling agents at AAA. You get a 20% discount for being in a alumni association why? Too many discounts a regular person can't qualify for I gave up on AAA insurance too expensive. This organization is membership owned? Ha! It's lost it way someone help it get back to its core values. read more
