Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!…read more I reached out to several transportation services while planning an international trip, and while Black Sapphire Limo and Transportation wasn't the least expensive option, they stood out immediately. The dispatcher I spoke with was incredibly kind, attentive, and informative--so much so that I felt confident calling back to book. When I did, the owner himself answered and worked with me directly to schedule everything. He took note of every detail and even sent a luxury SUV to pick us up. On our return, he personally tracked our flight and was already at Newark Airport when we landed. He contacted me as soon as we touched down to let me know he was on site, ready and waiting. Despite it being his day off, he drove us home himself in another luxury SUV. The ride was smooth, relaxing, and felt completely safe--exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. As a thoughtful touch, he even had water bottles ready for us in the cup holders. From start to finish, the service was professional, reliable, and personal. I've found my go-to transportation company and will be using Black Sapphire for all my future travel needs. Highly recommended!
