Contacted Vegas limo for Prom transportation, rented a 14 person SUV limo. From the start to finish great communication, prompt arrival and wow talk about when Vegas limos showed up..jaw dropping! Others limo transports showed up in older beat up vehicles. While I understand this was a prom event you still want to make sure that both inside and outside of the vehicle will impress, else why bother arranging for limo service! The young adults reported that the driver was totally lad (cool), they were treated like adults and had a blast thanks to the driver! The limo was spacious, and the service was perfect.

Scrambled calling cabs and getting our children to drive us to the airport. Had like 40 000$ worth of trips at risk. Seriously; this is not just a bad service provider. These are malicious people who when you post a complaint, literally tried to sabotage a trip for a very large group. And now I'm certain I am going to have a lot of trouble getting my 500$ back; which they took immediately when we booked 2 months ago. Negative 4 stars.

We contacted several transportation companies within the Ottawa area before making our decision to use this vendor. Abdul and his team at A-List Charters were the most budget conscious and accommodating. As with most events, unexpected needs do come up at the last minute. We had originally needed two shuttles for twenty guests however that number doubled three days before our wedding. Abdul worked with us to provide the necessary transportation to help get our guests on time, to and from our wedding. We received feedback soon afterward from many of them on how comfortable their experience was. Our wedding couldn't have been as successful as it was without you Abdul. Thanks - Darryl
