My dads car broken down on Sunday May 15, he called AAA since they pay for service. This was his first time using it. They said they had no tow trucks available and would call him back. He sat in the nearly 90' heat for 4 hours with his medical conditions and he obviously didn't bring food with him because he didn't anticipate his fuel pump going on. He kept called back after 4 hours and they said there was still no available tow trucks - they don't have enough drivers. They would find one and call him back. They never did. He had to leave his car and Uber home to escape the heat. When he got home be called AAA again, they gave him the same reasoning for their lack of any kind of help. My dad ended up having to pay to have his car towed home even though he pays AAA for their services. My mon was livid, she contacted AAA and explained my dads health issues and explained that AAA is paid for a service they obviously cannot provide. They said they would reimburse the tow but what good does that do when he spent literal hours waiting on a service that he paid for to cone through. My advice, add towing to your insurance and cancel AAA, do not wait for an unexpected situation to leave you in a bad situation because AAA is unreliable. read more

They were there for me at any time I needed them. Sometimes it takes too long for them to come on, sometimes it's fine. I was in Indianapolis at The Hilton, downtown. The next morning I found my corvette tires slashed , sitting in front of the hotel. Called AAA this guy came and ended driving 200 miles to find the right Tires for the Corvette. We have worked with AAA Travel at the Kenwood's office for the last several years and have had nothing but positive interactions. I would say that she has gone the extra mile to get things right. I am not the organizer of our big group (30 to 40 people), but we go on a trip every year and she handles it all for our whole group. I would recommend them and especially Linda. read more

Update of the update.....I have exhausted every possibility of getting this travel agency to "do the right thing" and refund us the overcharged amount that my wife paid on a travel insurance policy We could have had the exact same "any reason cancellation policy" for $421 instead of the $906 amount we were charged by AAA-Kenwood Travel Agency in Cincinnati had we had the opportunity to shop around with other travel insurance carriers ...All I can do now is warn other travelers (especially seniors) to be very careful if you are letting this agency plan a trip for you...Be sure and get other quotes from other agencies BEFORE you sign on with AAA-Kenwood....You have been warned!....ESPECIALLY ALL SENIORS. read more
