I have to write several times and put 2nd Request or 3rd Request in the Subject Line to finally get him to respond. But this last time takes the cake. He was supposed to change my homeowner's policy 8 weeks ago and so far, nothing has happened. I've tried contacting him several times and he doesn't reply. Last week I spoke to his office manager who said she would either have call me back on Monday or she would get back to me with resolution of the issue. Monday came and went and it's now Wednesday. If this is the kind of customer service you get when you're trying to upgrade your policy and pay more for it then I can just imagine how bad the service would be if I ever needed to make a claim against one of my policies.
