I have to write several times and put 2nd Request or 3rd Request in the Subject Line to finally get him to respond. But this last time takes the cake. He was supposed to change my homeowner's policy 8 weeks ago and so far, nothing has happened. I've tried contacting him several times and he doesn't reply. Last week I spoke to his office manager who said she would either have call me back on Monday or she would get back to me with resolution of the issue. Monday came and went and it's now Wednesday. If this is the kind of customer service you get when you're trying to upgrade your policy and pay more for it then I can just imagine how bad the service would be if I ever needed to make a claim against one of my policies. Now with technology you think we were covered. But I knew that I was heading in to parts of North Carolina where roads were closed and internet was out. The lady there at AAA was so kind and assisted me without an appointment. Note I am a AAA member and she did ask to see my card. She routed my trip with the latest in technology of what roads were open. I left with my trip printed out and with maps. Sure enough my GPS went haywire and kept bouncing around not knowing where to send me. I was so thankful for AAA.

My vehicle is 6 yrs old and I notice my last 2 renewals have been increasing each time. I called them once before about this and there reason was because there has been a lot of claims in my area. But then my last renewal my rates are still being raised. I will call them at this point again. But the problem is NO ONE EVER CALLS YOU BACK!
