My insurance (progressive) had my claim settles in 1 week but I was still at a $1000 loss for my deductible. Both the police and my insurance found that I was not at fault yet citizens insurance has refused to pay the mini tort claim to cover my deductible. I understand things happen but how can 2 other agencies investigate something and find a resolution but this one can not? It's very clear that they don't respond to emails and phone calls in hopes that a claim will just be forgotten. 4 months after my accident and I'm forced to file in small claims court because the insurance company could not do their job professionally. Their emails are almost comical. No "hello, this is..." no reference for contacting them. Please, PLEASE hear me when I say, this is a HORRIBLE company and you should stay far away. I'm not even insured through them and yet I can write this review.

There is water leaking into my ceiling in five different spots. I live in Arkansas and they sent an insurance adjuster out from Arkansas his name is Christopher Bennett. He lives in a different town than I live in and over the phone before he came out and told me that he didn't think the hell would be big enough to do damage. He was two hours late to getting into my home. I caught him right off in one lie upfront. And he witnessed all the spots where it was leaking. He said the roof was installed incorrectly. The roof was installed three years ago and it had never leaked before He said that the insurance company was not going to pay that I was SOL. He was very rude and confrontations. I would not recommend this company or the insurance adjuster to anyone. You don't mind taking my money every month, but it when it comes to a real problem you don't want to pay to fix it. Very unsatisfied.
