Please save yourself a headache…read more I had no issues with State Farm Insurance. HOWEVER, please avoid Zachary Mortimer at all costs and choose another State Farm. I was previously with Nationwide insurance for 19 years with no issues at all. I only decided to shop for a better rate. BIG MISTAKE. Zachary Mortimer is young and obviously lacking experience in dealing with making things right with the customer. He gets very defensive. He came at me like a defense attorney and finds every reason to blame the customer instead of saying, "Let's work this out". His main goal is being right at all costs instead of working well with customers. I was told this agency forgot to charge me for a month "somehow" and said I had to pay $80 extra monthly to get it caught up. This went on for several months; long after it seemed like it should have been paid up. I asked if it was caught up, and nobody could give me a straight answer. They agreed to get back to me two different times and never did. On more than one occasion, my payment was deducted from my account after I made arrangements for it to be withdrawn on a different day. This resulted in overdraft fees that he grilled me about like I was a hardened criminal when I showed him what happened. After being treated so poorly, I called another local State Farm office to see about switching, without revealing the name of this office. They told me that something didn't sound right. I eventually had enough and just went back to Nationwide. It's worth a few extra dollars to have peace of mind! Not a single issue since!!!
