When we arrived, our room wasn't cleaned, even though they told us it was ready. The sheets were damp, stained, and the entire room had a strong, unpleasant odor. Despite reporting it, no one came to properly clean or replace the linens. We ended up staying in a room that felt dirty, cramped, and honestly unsanitary. Service overall was extremely lacking. We struggled to get help with simple things like directions or the Wi-Fi, and staff either didn't have answers or didn't seem interested in helping. The ship might look impressive from the outside, but it doesn't live up to the visuals-it felt poorly maintained and overrated. The dining experience started off promising--my appetizer soup was great, and the waitress was kind. But the main dish, lasagna, was a disaster. It had the texture of mushy creamed soup, with no structure or flavor. For dessert, I ordered a cake that didn't list any allergens, but it contained nuts--which I'm allergic to. Thankfully, I caught it in time, but that's a huge safety issue. The islands were beautiful and they had some really fun parties and wonderful shows and activities, but overall I would say save your money. I rarely leave negative reviews, especially when it comes to people working hard in hospitality--but this felt careless and unsafe. Dirty rooms, inconsistent service, and serious allergy risks made for a miserable trip. Would not recommend.

We discovered the price did decrease more than a thousand dollars p/p (We discovered this on our own; we were not notified by the company.), but iCruise refused to honor it. They implied we would lose our "large" cabin if we did so and get a less than ideal location on the ship if we got the lower price. As it turned out, our cabin, for which we'd paid an extra $50 p/p, was the smallest, not largest, on the ship.

They also asked me to join member program to get discount which I did, but they did not cancel automatically when they said they will. No one in this company will promise you anything unless they can collect money. Try not to use this company at all unless their price is really good compared to others. Be prepared with no customer service.

All aspects of the reservation were emailed. Got us airfair, accomodations at a 4 star resort, arranged for transport, transfers, coupons, air travel seat reserv and all fees included. Our Pin Gin Beachfront Walkout room was tiny and did not walk out onto the beach - it walked out onto a sidewalk. The room advertising was extremely misleading. The travel agent was not helpful once we were dissatisfied with our room - the only option was to go to a different resort (which would've taken too much time out of our honeymoon days) or to leave early. My husband complained the resort himself and got out room moved closer to the beach (not our travel agent). We will not be using your services again. We were very clear with the travel agent what we wanted in our honeymoon - and our trip was quite the opposite of the experience we expected on our most important vacation in our lives.
