I gave them some good feedback on how they could have cleaned the car better and what price point I have paid in the past, for honestly better quality cleaning, so hopefully he will reflect on that and improve in the future. Here are some photos of basic things that should have been cleaned that I had to do after paying $350. He did offer to refund me and I did not accept, I'm slightly regretting that now, but they did spend 3.5 hrs on the car so I decided to let them keep the quote they gave me. I also told them not to remove anything from the side doors but they still did.... I would give them one start but they were quick in responding and getting a next day appointment so I will give them 2 starts for that. (Edited review. I originally gave them 2 stars but after driving the car I've noticed even more things they didn't clean, like the windows. I specifically asked them to clean the marks my partner leaves on the windshield by putting her feet and toes in the glass, only to drive the car and see ALL THE MARKS STILL THERE. Don't waste your time with this company. Also the prices they have in their website do not match what they offered me in person. I will attach a photo. Our house is 40 years old. We never had the heating ducts cleaned and earlier this year I did a…read moreconstruction project in my basement that included drywall and drywall dust. I figured it was time. I spoke to Rick Drexler on the phone and he explained the whole process, and we scheduled a date a few weeks out to have them come and clean the ducts. The three man crew showed up at 9 AM and were very courteous - they all introduced themselves by name which is nice if you're going to have a crew in your house for 3 to 4 hours. Emilio was the foreman, but they were all nice and helpful explaining what they were doing as they go through your whole house. We all did a walk-through of the house from the second floor down to the basement. Counted all the ducts -intake and outtake. Then they brought in the equipment, a big vacuum that goes down in the basement that sucks up all the dust and debris. They make a few holes in your heat runs and cold air intake runs in the basement. That's where they insert their vacuum. They seal up these holes afterwards. They basically put a blue sticky film over all of the ducts in the house and then blow down from the second floor everything down to the basement. Then they use the vacuum in the basement to clean everything out your main runs. While they were here, I asked if they could also clean my dryer vent duct. They did and you'll see the results of that too. The pictures I've attached were some that I took and a couple that they took to show the before and after of the duct work. They sprayed a "fogger" spray in each vent to help prevent dust and bad stuff from accumulating for a few years. All told - it took three hours from start to finish and we are very pleased with the outcome. As I said it's been 40 years for this house so it was way overdue! They also do other services such as mold remediation, carpet or tile grout cleaning, and remediating water damage. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Jet Dry to do work in your home!

From the moment my husband and I showed up at the 215 Mushroom Boulevard, Rochester, NY location, I knew we were in the right place. I went directly to the office, conveniently located adjacent to the garage loading area, where I met Katherine. She was extremely helpful and pleasant as I explained my need to expedite the cleaning process. Katherine called upon the men who easily unloaded the heavy rug from the van my husband and I had struggled to load in by ourselves. Then the experts unrolled and examined the rug. Much to our surprise they quickly discovered a problem. There was a small area that had been eaten by moths and we assumed that problem was over. However they quickly discovered there was still live larvae in that area of the carpet. The cleaning could not be started until the larvae was dead. So into the freezer went my carpet for an appropriate period of time to ensure the death of the troublesome larvae. Once there was no danger of live moth larvae the cleaning would begin. However there was also a deadline looming. I needed the rug cleaned and returned to my living room in time for the 2024 Landmark Society of Western New York House and Garden Tour. To that end Katherine continued to stay involved to make sure my rug would be clean and ready in time. I was pleased and surprised that the price was very fair and the personal special attention given was extraordinary. I noticed there was a beautiful display of rugs for sale and thought I might need to purchase one to replace mine. Again, after a brief telephone conversation with Katherine, I was assured my carpet could move to the next step in the cleaning process and be ready in time for the house tour. I received a personal phone call from Katherine to let me know the rug was finished and ready for pickup. When we went to pickup the rug two young men quickly loaded it into our van.
