Back in Feb of this year (2026) I went in to have new tires put on my car. Before you can make an appt. you have to first order the tires online, then you will get an appt. When my appt day came I went in & the tires that I ordered couldn't be found. Well the tire company had sent the wrong size. So I had to again wait for Glen Thompson to reorder the tires. When I finally got the tires put on my car the total price was $676.59, now my price that was already paid for online was $778.95. I am still waiting for a refund of $102.36. This is now April. WTH. If I don't get it soon I will be canceling my AAA membership! read more

Do not waste your money on a membership! They market them selves as emergency roadside service....Called at 12:27 AM... for a tire change .... it took 9 hours and changing the call to a tow to get somebody out there ..... how is this remotely possible or acceptable customer service I wish I could have given them zero Stars !! read more

AAA office keeps you on hold for 40+ minutes WITHOUT giving you a chance to leave a call back number. We have 4 memberships with them and now when the memberships are up we will not be renewing them. unless they change and are able to leave our number for a call back. 40 minutes? read more

This is a terrible place to take your vehicle, 2 years ago we bought a triple A battery it went bad in a year so it was guaranteed but they made us go have it tested at dealership to verify that was a couple hundred and they replaced alternator another 500 to $600 now its a year later both need replaced, I will go back to them though because they're useless i rather suck up the money and go to someone reputable!! 12/27/2024 terrible customer service rep. In Bricktown Chambers bridge Ave store. I called fir oil change 9a m. Directed me to call center very nice lady answered and booked two oil change appts. I get here fir 12:00 appt .I was told they emailed me they were to busy and I should of never been scheduled. Another words go home,!! I told her I refuse to go home my appt should be er been booked then at call center. She said I can sit here all day, I said I will ! I am still sitting one hour later! Also had to tell her about December special $18.00 off my oil change which I was told my call center!! Treated very poorly here today and my membership is due again January 1, 2025 !! Terrible customer service , treat seniors terrible!!! I spoke to rep in membership which was very nice and would like me to call her back to sign up for membership. I like the fact they provide a written explanation of repair recommendations, the wait and restrooms area is nice and clean with reading material and occasionally complimentary coffee. I dislike the long long waits, and that the automotive staff seems to say the same thing to all customers, squeezing people for several supposedly additional repairs that are not needed at the time, the prices are not competitive except for oil changes, members should get more exclusive service. read more

They are my first choice for repairs. I have a " 99 " S 10. I had low power going up step inclines. They efficiently identified the problem as my catalytic converter. They found the correct replacement and had me on my way in a few hours. I have never needed service that they could not preform. this is specifically a review of the car care center of AAA in brick. i went there to determine if my 2006 ford was worth repairing. i scheduled an appointment and was told that i would be charged for labor if i didn't decide to have the work done. the cost of labor is $62 an hour which i thought was reasonable. on the day of the appointment i was greeted by the friendly service manager, my car was taken right back, and returned to me in just a little over an hour. the service manager explained to me the situation (my transmission needed repair which is what i expected). he was very friendly and helpful. AAA has a nice clean waiting area with a tv and coffee and water. another benefit is that it is in a shopping center so you could go get a bite to eat or do some shopping while you wait. i definitely would bring my car here again if i decide to keep it! lol read more

Nice friendly people. However, All computer records of any repairs or transactions are now gone (2017 and prior). You have to prove that they did the repairs, the date, price, mileage etc. or they will not honor a warranty. For that reason (and the fact my brakes are shot after 15k miles) I would not recommend them for any work on your car. A Prius can go 200k before it needs break work. The fact their repairs failed 15k after 180k the first time around, is disappointing. Nice friendly people, so they get a star. read more

This was the worst place I have ever experienced. Entirely unsatisfied. The only good thing about them was that they were friendly. My car broke down and Brick was the closest AAA service station. They told me I needed a new clutch and that it would take a couple days. Those couple days turned into a week and after the clutch was replaced, it did not work. They then said I needed a new transmission. I thankfully decided to tow my car 100+ miles back to my Toyota dealership. When they inspected my car, not only did I NOT need a new transmission but the clutch was put in incorrectly and somehow the front axil was broken. Pretty hard to miss I would think. The time lost, amount of money lost, and over abundance of stress due to this experience leaves me with a distrust and disappointment with AAA. This station is ruining AAAs good reputation and needs to be monitored and fixed. read more

Mid Atlantic is a rip-off! I took my car for brake service, they diagnosed it as hopspots! I had it replaced and about 7,000 miles the rotor and pads need to be replaced! It was under warranty so it didn't cost me! For over 2 years I have having this reoccurring problem; they faulted me claiming I abused my brakes . After replacing them 4x time I went to another repair facility and diagnosed the problem! My struts were bad which caused my brake pads to wear out at fast rate! I spent $1700.00 in repairs ! Here is rest of my review. Will never bring my care back here. They are no where near the AAA standard and logo . Went in for front breaks they gave me 2 prices. Why 2??? They install front break pads and new rotors . Had to come back a week later cause it was making all kinds of grinding noises. They replaced with brand new ones which made no Norse or grinding. But they use cheap product and charge u for high end. The black break dust is ridiculous . That only happens when cheap materials are used. Shame on AAA!!! I will pay the extra 40$ and go to dealer and get a better product from them. I would not recommend them at all. Putting a complaint in with the BBB!! read more

I picked AAA Service Center because of the reputation of their emergency car service which has always been excellent for us. HOWEVER, both my husband and I had bad experiences with having our car serviced. A repair to my air conditioner filter required two return trips one, the result of engine smoke from a non-replaced oil cap after servicing. My husband today went to have "squirrel damage" repaired and the mechanic stated that he could not identify one of the damaged cables without his "computer map". We can no longer trust your mechanics. We will not be returning. read more

this place is terrible,2 visits over 1000 in bills for a bad starter /manager on duty completly untrained in customer service charged diagnostic fee twice and then told u cant diagnose bad starter even though i told them that was problem.Charged me top dollar for rebuit brand starter over 300 for that .Brand new ones for under 300 all over internet and auto part stores.No core replacement money even though they most likly got one.No f/u survey .Techs are not certifed and over all a terrible experiencenei.typical upsale/bewawe i will have to find another shop again buyer read more

Horrible. I came here for an oil change that they advertised for $19.99. Come to find out, they charge extra to put the full amount of oil in the car that you need. I was never told my car has a larger oil tank than others. So I ended up paying $28 for the oil change. I asked them to price an oil change with synthetic oils for me. It came to $68!!!!! Absurd. Then although I had an appointment for 3pm, the oil change was going to take an hour....They took my phone number because they were going to "give me a call" when it was finished. I waited till 4:20pm with no phone call, so I went back and asked if it was done. They said "oh yeah its ready"....and then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to get the paperwork together so I could pay and leave. This was almost a 2 hour trip, when I can pay $30 for a regular oil change anywhere else, and be done in 30 minutes. Awful, would not recommend coming here and I certainly will never be back. read more
