Our experience continues to be terrible. We had our pond installed by Watson Zigubu, the owner, in…read moreMay, 2026, and the problems caused by his lack of knowledge continue to date. In the beginning we tried to be patient and work with Watson's crazy unreliable work habits and in the end he refused guarantee his work and return our calls. The hose he glued onto the pump blew off the pump today, and we realized that the reason we are unable to reattach it is because the hose he used is too short. We are shutting it down and hoping the fish don't die. The thousands of dollars that we paid him for this job was not money we feel was well spent. The second strike is that the referral for the pond installation by Watson at From The Ground Up Landscaping came from Kenny at Tilly's Nursery in Coopersburg. When we advised Kenny as to what was happening with us and the leaking pond that Watson installed, Kenny promised to come and look at it; however, after months of stringing up along, he ended up ghosting us as did Watson and did nothing other than continue to pass Watson's card out to other unsuspecting customers. At one time Tilly's was know to be one of the area's pond specialists (which is why we trusted Kenny's referral in the first place), but that is no longer the case. I suspect it because they are now only. interested in selling pond supplies. BEWARE of hiring Watson at From The Ground Up Landscaping for any reason and for accepting any referrals you may receive from Tilly's Nursery in Coopersburg, PA. We did not have a positive experience with either business.
