Now that I'm back I didn't want to bring any "roommates" with me so I went to "Honest Lou's" for help. See my post on Enclave for more insight. I bought bombs and sprays. I used them, The End right? Nooooooo! Their prices were, idegaf, I was so frustrated after that Georgia ordeal I would've paid whatever they asked! The shop is tiny, and cramped and filled with 4 ppl too many. There were 2 large "kids" behind the counter "slap boxing", a man sitting down, a really really tanned woman and then the cashier helping me. The phone rings and she takes the call mid transaction and proceeds to hold ANOTHER conversation with 1 of the boys while also talking on the phone! It was the most dysfunctional, unprofessional scene I've witnessed since my last visit here, lol. Welcome home Shelley FYI: I haven't seen a bug yet unless you count the spider crawling on me while I slept one night which I believe is purely unrelated to my last house and much different than my previous house guests. I mean, what can I do?

They come out periodically to leave bait and I continue have issues/evidence of mice. I was told they would come and remove any dead mice. The two times I've reached out to the company to remove dead mice I never even got a call back. Once a few months ago and again today. The first time the landlord directed me to call then then she ended up having to come out do it. Today, the man prefaced the conversation stating that I MIGHT have to wait until tomorrow. Then just never called back. The agency is now closed for the day & I have a dead mouse in my living room. I lived for 8 years in unit serviced by Baxter Pest Control in Philadelphia. They had exceptional customer service & response times! I also stopped seeing evidence of mice! Every interaction with the agency makes me miss Baxter!

We initially called them for a mice infestation, and thanks to their thoroughness, we are finally pest-free. The technician was incredibly methodical, taking the time to track down every single entry point and professionally block them off to ensure the problem didn't return. What truly sets this service apart, however, is the compassion and ingenuity shown during a more delicate situation at my parents' house. We discovered a family of squirrels living inside a wall, and the tech handled it beautifully. Instead of just "removing" them, he used technology to simulate a baby squirrel's cry, which lured the mother out to her babies. This allowed her to safely relocate them herself. If you want an exterminator who is both highly skilled and genuinely ethical, Notorious B.U.G. Pro Extermination and Pest Control Services is the only call you need to make!
