A week ago, I would have given this company 5 stars, and recommended them to anyone and everyone 110%. Unfortunately, when I needed them again, Bill was on vacation. I called the office and had to work with Alex who said he was the owner of the company. I talked to him on Thursday and on Friday he kept calling and texting me that I had to get him the money right away, so I did. This was during a holiday weekend, and I told him I felt bad he had to drive in traffic. He told me that he took my money, so he had to do it. He told me he went back and forth trying to post the bail. After talking to the people who do intake at the jail, they said he never even showed up!! On Wednesday he told me he was driving up to post the bail. Over 6 hours later when I called him, he said he never went because he didn't feel like it!!! He said a guard might say he couldn't post the bail. On Thursday, which was ONE WEEK later, I tried calling and texting for an update and got absolutely nothing back from him!! He had Bill text me for an address to return my money by CHECK! I paid with my debit card! He had my money for nearly a week and didn't do anything at all. They told me the check was going to be overnighted, but I didn't get it until Saturday afternoon. So, I can't even cash it until Monday! On Friday, I called Liberty Bail Bonds who was able to post bail and have the defendant released within 5 hours. Something Alex couldn't get done in a week. Alex was so extremely unprofessional and unreliable! I feel bad for his employees! DO NOT USE HIS COMPANY!!!
