This company will rob you. Paul came to my home less than 10 minutes he didn't even take the front off of the washer and said it's your suspension rods. He said give me $90 and that will go towards fixing it and he'll order the parts. He calls me the next morning says oh your whole system is bad he said the transmission and everything and it doesn't even need to be fixed. I said what can I have my $90 back and they said no. So the owner of the company called chuck. He was very rude and aggressive. Told me he didn't care and he said I could write a review for him that's bad he don't care. This company will rob you. I agree with Jessica C. If I could give them a 0 star I would!! Worst customer service secretary so rude!!! Every time I called she would say Chuck wasn't in and he would call me back, which he never did. Then she said part was on backorder, which I finally went to Frigidaire's website and found the part that WAS IN STOCK! I literally waited 3 weeks for a door lock which I could of done myself after reading tutorial on Frigidaire's website. The people who run that place should be shut down. Nice people, just really don't know what they're doing. Sent "Chuck" to my house to fix my Jenn-Air dishwasher. He put in the part and said that it will wash dishes, just without the various selections on the panel. I said, "Ok", don't really care about the various selections. It worked once. Hasn't worked since. $250 bill and no working dishwasher. He said he could replace another part or two, and didn't really seem to know what the issue is. Dude was really obtuse. So, I'm out $250 and going to buy a new dishwasher. Could have saved the $250 by not calling this outfit. I would stay away. read more

I waited a week to get an appointment. my appt was scheduled from 8-12. I took off a half of day work waiting for a tech. At quarter to 12 I decided to call the store. A Lori answered the phone and was really rude and nasty off the rip. She explained the tech had 18 calls that day they call in the morning if someone does not confirm they cancel the call. They do not text! The tech called at 7:45 and left a voicemail he never showed up or followed up. Lori said that is their policy. I have not had a working fridge for a week. She told me it was my JOB to confirm the appointment or they don't show up! I told her she was very rude she then told me she would not have the tech reschedule the appointment! Great god sounds like a good business to start if the value on customers is THAT low. I reported to GE and this is not what I do to businesses!!!!!!! After reading the reviews on here Lori did me a favor. "Apparently techs are nice but don't know what they are doing". Lori you sure should take a lesson from your techs on customer service and how to treat customers your business is a let down!!! I took off work. I have waited a half of a day for your service you need to show up between 8-12 as promised by GE. "They don't run your business" is not good enough. GE recommendEd your company if that means anything to you I would pump my brakes and respect the customers they send your direction. Shame on you and the nasty person life had made you Lori. If I could give a 0 star I would. I purchased a fridgidaire refrigerator less then a year ago. Was having some temperature issues with the freezer not staying cold enough. After speaking with the technician he diagnosed the problem over the phone without bothering to see the unit, asking me if I heard the motor kick on or the fan run. So he ordered the part and came out the next week to replace. To my surprise it wasn't the right part. So while my freezer was still not working we waited on another part. When the part finally came in a service technician came out to replace. All done right? Oh I wish that was the case. The next morning I woke up to a pool of water from the refgierator leaking. Another call to AAA Appliance when the rude secretary places me on hold for the technician. He stated the water line must have come loose so just take a pair of pliers and tighten it back up. So I got to play handyman on an appliance that should have been fixed the day before. After waiting a couple days for the freezer to come up to temp which it never did. So yet another call to AAA Appliance, another encounter with the rude secretary. I had to wait for the technician to call back and questioned again for me to somehow give them the answers why my freezer is still not working properly. On the next appointment the technician says the fan was blocked be a small piece of cellophane. All good right. Oh that would be so simple nope again woke up to water on the floor again now knowing that it's my job to repair what the technician loosens I just tighten the hose back down. Fast forward a week. And the temperature is warm everything in the freezer is defrosted. Which is worse then the original problem I had. At this point I feel like I'm in the movie Groundhog Day, call into AAA Appliance another encounter with the rude secretary and wait for the technician to call back. Another appointment set. Now the problems is freon is low so he filled it up. But remember the unit is less then a year low on freon hmmm. The technician said he would call the next morning to see if he would need to plug a hole he would have to discuss it with the manager. No call the next morning but it did seem to be getting colder so I didn't call back. Well that lasted for about 48 hours. You guessed it another call to AAA Appliance the rude secretary said I would have to wait for the manager to call because she didn't see why I was still having a problem and was told he wouldn't be in the office for 3 days. I asked what I was to do in the meantime that I still do not have a working unit. At that she said she wouldn't deal with me any more and was canceled any service calls to be done. So now after a month and 4 service calls my freezer is still not fixed. read more

Our washer was making a terrible screech while it was filling up. Whether hot or cold, or a blend of both the noise was disruptive. When I called AAA Appliance, they sent a very qualified technician, who came right away to check out the problem. It was determined to be the valve part which combines both electrical and the valves in one part. Our washer is 6-1/2 years old, and a Maytag Bravos series. The part was ordered in, and as soon as it arrived at AAA, I received a call to schedule the installation. The technician was both timely and very knowledgeable. Actually less than 1 star. Have been waiting three weeks for them to finish repair. Came out, had to order parts. Have been lied to more than once saying parts are in, some parts are not in, coming today, never showing, then again coming today, never show and was supposed to be at the house toady 7-18-17 and just was informed by their inefficient person that no, we are not on schedule and call tomorrow. We were told yesterday they would be at the house today!!!!! THIRD TIME no show!!!!!!! read more
