An hour later I started a load and water came gushing out all over the floor. Couldn't get back on the GE schedule for another 3 days and found Tomans in desperation. Mansur arrived first thing the next morning, easily discovered that the GE "expert" installed the part backwards. He fixed it (turns out, you don't need to pull the entire dishwasher out to replace the part...thanks again, GE), tested it, and also gave us guidance on some other pipes that weren't installed correctly by our contractor. He diagnosed over the phone with my renter and took charge to save the day. I've never seen a repair person respond and take action they way he did.
