I didn't have to wait long. They required my drivers license and fingerprints. They forgot to give me back my drivers license, but this is a simple mistake and came back the next day to pick it up. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. And seemed to act hella annoyed with me. I basically dropped off a bed frame to be returned over two weeks ago, and she basically said she couldn't help me, if I don't have the tracking number then I needed to call customer service which she didn't provide. Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. And being a little kind could go a long way when people loose sh!t. Maybe she was having a worse day than me, cause her attitude blew chunks. But I have been in here three other times, and the people that work here just seem like they hate being there or helping people. If you hate people go work at the DMV, where people expect you to be a jerk.
